A distributed power system, wherein a backup boost transformer is connected between a PFC transformer and a FE DC transformer. The backup boost transformer is also parallel connected with a diode. The backup boost transformer only operates in the sustaining time, if the first DC voltage drops gradually, the backup boost transformer will increase this first DC voltage and stabilize it at a preset voltage of the FE DC transformer. Therefore, the capacity of the storage capacitor of the PFC transformer can be fully utilized to have a longer sustaining time and decrease the variation range of the second DC voltage so as to enhance the efficiency and power density thereof.

A method for mapping a network, in accordance with the present invention, includes providing distance measurements between tracers in the network, determining routes along which the distance measurements are made, and creating a system of equations which links the distance measurements between the nodes with a sum of the delays between the nodes which comprise the routes. Additional information is extracted about distances of subpaths of the routes to provide additional details to a map of the network. The additional information provides a capability of estimation of distances between nodes without tracers.

The controller is connected to the gate of the MOS transistor, the ground and a negative pole of a second winding of a current transformer in the flyback converter. The comparator has one input for providing a check voltage and connected to a junction of a diode and a resistor, and another input for providing a reference voltage.

The magnetic core has an air gap with at least a large-gap portion and a small-gap portion. The small-gap portion provides enough inductance in case of low load input to prevent harmonic distortion. The large-gap portion provides enough inductance in case of heavy load output and low input voltage to prevent saturation and temperature rise, thus enhancing power efficiency.
