Abstract:
A radio communication apparatus comprises a spreading unit and a transmitting unit. The spreading unit spreads an ACK/NACK signal or a CQI signal with a sequence defined by one of a plurality of cyclic shift values. The transmitting unit transmits the ACK/NACK signal or the CQI signal. In each symbol that forms the ACK/NACK signal or the CQI signal, the spreading unit uses one of first cyclic shift values, which form a portion of the plurality of the cyclic shift values and which are adjacent to each other, for the ACK/NACK signal, and uses one of second cyclic shift values, which are not within the portion of the plurality of the cyclic shift values, for the CQI signal. At least one cyclic shift value that is cyclically subsequent to the first cyclic shift values or the second cyclic shift values is not used for either the ACK/NACK signal or the CQI signal.
Abstract:
A base station is provided for receiving an acknowledgement or negative acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) signal, including a transmitting unit configured to transmit a control signal using one or a plurality of CCE(s). The base station also includes a receiving unit configured to receive an ACK/NACK signal, the ACK/NACK signal being multiplied by an orthogonal sequence, by a sequence defined by a cyclic shift, and by either a first value or a second value, wherein the first value rotates a constellation of the ACK/NACK signal by 0 degrees and the second value rotates the constellation of the ACK/NACK signal by N degrees, which is different from 0 degrees.
Abstract:
A terminal apparatus and retransmission control method reduces overhead of the uplink control channel in cases when ARQ is applied in communication that uses an uplink unit band and a plurality of downlink unit bands associated with the uplink unit band. A first condition is set in which downlink assignment control information is transmitted from a base station by a unit band group which comprises a basic unit band, which is the downlink unit band on which a broadcast channel signal including information relating to the uplink unit band is transmitted, and a second downlink unit band other than the basic unit band. A bundling unit will not transmit a response signal to the base station in certain cases.
Abstract:
A terminal includes a decoder to decode a downlink control channel transmitted on one or more control channel element(s) (CCE(s)) in a search space including a plurality of CCEs. Processing circuitry in the terminal determines an uplink channel resource index based on the one or more CCEs, the uplink channel resource index having an association with a first uplink channel transmission spreading sequence and a second different uplink channel transmission spreading sequence. A transmitter transmits a response signal on an uplink channel using the first and second uplink channel transmission spreading sequences.

Abstract:
Provided is a radio communication base station device which can obtain a maximum frequency diversity effect of a downstream line control channel. The device includes: an RB allocation unit (101) which allocates upstream line resource blocks continuous on the frequency axis for respective radio communication mobile stations by the frequency scheduling and generates allocation information indicating which upstream line resource block has been allocated to which radio communication mobile station device; and an arrangement unit (109) which arranges a response signal to the radio communication mobile station device in the downstream line control channels distributed/arranged on the frequency axis while being correlated to the continuous upstream line resource blocks according to the allocation information.

Abstract:
Provided is a radio communication device which can suppress inter-code interference between an ACK/NACK signal and a CQI signal which are code-multiplexed. A diffusion unit (214) diffuses the ACK/NACK signal inputted from a judgment unit (208) by using a ZC sequence. A diffusion unit (219) diffuses the CQI signal by using a cyclic shift ZC sequence. By using a Walsh sequence, a diffusion unit (216) further diffuses the ACK/NACK signal which has been diffused by using the ZC sequence. A control unit (209) controls the diffusion unit (214), the diffusion unit (216), and the diffusion unit (219) so that the minimum value of the difference between the CQI signals from a plurality of mobile stations and a cyclic shift amount of the ACK/NACK signal is not smaller than the minimum value of the difference between the cyclic shift amounts of the ACK/NACK signals from the plurality of mobile stations.
