摘要: A liquid-sealing type vibration isolating apparatus including a first coupling member attached to a vibrator; a second coupling member attached to a member in a vehicle body; an insulator interposed between the coupling members, for absorbing and isolating vibration from the vibrator; a vibration isolating mechanism composed of a main chamber having a chamber wall formed by a portion of the insulator, and charged therein with liquid, an auxiliary chamber communicated with the main chamber through an orifice and having a chamber wall a portion of which is formed by a first diaphragm, an air chamber partitioned from the auxiliary chamber across the first diaphragm, and an equilibrium chamber partitioned from the auxiliary chamber across a second diaphragm; a selector for carrying out change-over operation so as to introduce negative pressure or the atmospheric pressure into the equilibrium chamber in the vibration isolating mechanism control for controlling the change-over operation of the selector, a negative pressure tank provided between a negative pressure source and the selector, and a check valve formed between the negative pressure tank and the negative pressure source, for allowing introduction of only negative pressure, and a solenoid mechanism for driving the selector.

摘要: A vibration-damping device capable of reducing the transmission of noise caused by a water pump of a hybrid vehicle, for example, to a vehicle compartment. The vibration-damping device includes a cushion member, a pump mounting member, and an elastic support member. The cushion member supports the pump, and includes holding portions each with a slit formed between an upper and lower surface thereof for insertion therein of end edges of a pump extension member that extends from the pump. The pump mounting member includes inverted L-shaped cross-section retaining portions provided on an upper surface thereof, the supporting portions being disposed between the retaining portions and the upper surface of the pump mounting member to retain the cushion member to the pump mounting member. The elastic support member engages a lower side of the pump to provide support against lateral deflection of the pump.

The oscillator is provided with a temperature sensor. A vibration isolating mechanism section comprises an insulator; a fluid chamber comprising a main chamber, a sub-chamber, a first orifice and so on; and an amplifying mechanism section comprising a balancing chamber into which the pulsating air pressure is introduced so as to cause the fluid in the main chamber to vibrate, a second diaphragm, a third fluid chamber, a second orifice and so on.

摘要: A vibration insulating mount is provided having a flanged body. A rubber body covers flanges provided at both ends of the flanged body, thereby defining a lower support and an upper support. A stopping section of an upper case is provided which has a clearance hole. The hole is the same plan shape as the upper support and is slightly larger than the supper support. The mount is constructed so that when the upper case is fixed to the rubber body, postures of the clearance hole and the upper support are conformed. The mount is further constructed so that the upper support may passed through the clearance hole and the upper case 37 can be rotated and fixed to the rubber body 31. Thus, the upper case is prevented from interfering with the upper support, so that the stopping section is disposed between the supports and opposed thereto so as to touch any one of the supports, upon elastic deformation of the rubber body. A method of assembling an insulating mount is also provided.

摘要: A fluid-filled vibration isolator includes a hollow, thick-walled, rubber body which opens downwardly, an annular side plate which has an upper part bonded to an outer surface of the rubber body, a bottom plate sealed to a lower end edge of the cylindrical side plate by caulking, a partition, and a rubber diaphragm. Peripheral edges of the partition and the diaphragm are both strongly sandwiched by the lower end edge to define a main fluid chamber between the rubber body and the partition and an auxiliary fluid chamber between the partition and the rubber diaphragm. A lower part of the side plate inclines obliquely and outwardly toward the lower end edges. A peripheral part of the partition bends into an L-shaped cross-section and contacts the obliquely and outwardly inclining lower part to define an annular space having a closed triangular cross-section. The annular space is blocked circumferentially by a projecting wall formed in the partition. The annular space opens into the main fluid chamber through a recess formed in the partition adjacent to the projecting wall and opens into the auxiliary fluid chamber through a through hole formed in the partition on the side of the projecting wall opposite to the recess to define a throttle passage interconnecting the main fluid chamber and the auxiliary fluid chamber.

摘要: The liquid-sealing type vibration isolating apparatus of the present invention includes a coupler configured to be attached to a vibrating body, a holder, an insulator for absorbing and isolating vibration from the vibrating body at a position between the coupler and the holder, and a vibration isolating mechanism directly following the insulator and including liquid chambers sealing an incompressible fluid. This vibration isolating mechanism has a main chamber sealing a liquid, having a part of a wall thereof formed by the insulator, an auxiliary chamber communicating with the main chamber via an orifice, and an equilibrium chamber provided in a portion of the main chamber via a diaphragm and having a varying volume in the chamber. The vibration isolating apparatus further includes a switching mechanism for introducing a negative pressure and the atmospheric pressure continuously or in synchronization with vibration of the vibrating body, and a control mechanism for controlling this switching operation.

摘要: A cushion body of a rubber-like elastic element having cushioning function in which engagement holes including a cave and a pit are formed. The cave is formed so that a horizontal head of a T-shaped clip is inserted into a space provided at the side of a bottom surface portion. The pit is formed so as to extend in a direction perpendicular to the cave, and to be opened in the bottom surface portion, permitting a vertical shaft of the clip to be inserted thereinto. The clip is formed with a plastic material and T-shaped and has a plurality of engaging claws flared toward the root portion from an end part of the vertical shaft of the T-shaped portion. The clip is engaged with the engagement holes of the cushion body.
