    摘要: A bushing for a control arm comprises a cylindrical body portion defining a body portion axis and having a bore extending therethrough and defining a bore axis. The bushing further includes a laterally extending flange disposed about a periphery of opposing ends of the body portion. The bushing further includes a pair of cylindrical bosses protruding axially outwardly beyond the flanges. An annular recess is formed on each end of the body portion and is collectively defined by the body portion and the boss at each end. The annular recess is sized and configured to allow angular movement of the bore axis relative to a body portion axis.

    摘要: The invention relates to a bearing, in particular chassis bearing for the rear axle of a motor vehicle, with an outer bearing sleeve, an inner bearing sleeve, at least one elastomer body arranged between the outer and inner bearing sleeves and two chambers which are arranged laterally opposite each other on the outer bearing sleeve. The chambers each have an adjusting element. The adjusting elements are displaceable. When subjected to pressure, the adjusting elements are displaced inwardly against the inner bearing sleeve. The adjusting elements can be clamped in their axial position by clamping rings which can be reduced in size radially, for example by means of air pressure. The inner bearing sleeve is thereby fixed and the rigidity of the bearing increased.

    摘要: An elastomeric bush bearing is designed as a slotted bush. To reach a high ratio of static radial stiffness to torsion spring rate along with a high axial stiffness at the same time, a beading is formed at least at one axial end but preferably at both axial ends of the slotted bush. In case of an especially advantageous embodiment, a slotted bush with additional intermediate parts inserted into the elastomeric bearing body, two encapsulated rubber packets are created by the simultaneous special geometric design of the inner part. The individual stiffnesses of the two rubber packets are thus compensated and thus there is a homogeneous increase in the overall stiffness of the bush. The beadings are prepared before the components of the bearing are assembled and vulcanized to the parts of the later outer sleeve.

    摘要: A bush assembly is seated in a housing, having an outer sleeve (10), an inner tube (12) and a resilient body (14) connecting the inner tube (12) and the outer sleeve (10). The outer sleeve (10) has projections (20) from its outer surface that abut the inner surface of the housing (40) and cause local deformations on the sleeve around the projections (20). The local deformations around the projections (20) cause the radial gap (16) between the inner tube (12) and the outer sleeve (10) to change circumferentially and thus bush has different radial stiffness in different directions.
