    摘要: A mechanism, of a camera, for surely resetting a microcomputer at time of switching among a plurality of types of power sources. In the mechanism in which a manual operation dial for switching among the plurality of types of power sources is rotated to slide an electrical contact piece over a predetermined electrically conductive/non-conductive pattern so that a desired power source type is selected, an electric conductivity/non-conductivity between an IC and a negative terminal changes, immediately before an electric power across a positive terminal and the negative terminal is changed from “ON” to “OFF”, and immediately after the electric power is changed from “OFF” to “ON”. In association with the change, the IC outputs a reset signal to the microcomputer of the camera.

The upper supporting member is moved between its retracted position where it is retracted from the opening of the cartridge holder and its engaged position where it engages the film spool, its movement interconnecting with the movement of the cartridge holder between its cartridge accommodating and projecting positions.

    摘要: A depth-of-field preview apparatus for a single lens reflex camera is provided with a display circuit responsive to a preview display signal generated by a control circuit with at least one of first and second switches being closed. The first switch is closed when an operating member is operated to an operated position and opened when the operating member is released to return to a non-operated position under a spring bias. In response to the closure of the first switch the control circuit generates the preview display signal and an electromagnetic device causes a diaphragm stop-down mechanism to stop-down a diaphragm. When the diaphragm is stopped-down to a preset aperture size, another electromagnetic device stops the diaphragm stop-down mechanism to set the diaphragm to the preset aperture size and at the same time closes the second switch. With the second switch being closed the control circuit continues to generate the preview display signal independently of the condition of the first switch, so that a preview display by the display circuit does not cease even if the operating member is released and accordingly the first switch is opened.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is an on-line base sequencing apparatus, which is provided with electrophoresis tubes having a sheath flow part in each lower end thereof, which a sulfuric acid solution of pH 1.0 is continuously fed to form a sheath flow. The portions close to the outlets provided in the lower ends are irradiated with light which is close to 260 nm. In order to detect fluorescence components, each electrophoresis tube is provided with a detection system involving an interference filer for selecting that of 340 to 390 nm from the fluorescence components. Outputs of such four detection systems are successively identified, to determine base sequences.
