摘要: This fluid measuring device is provided with: an irradiation unit that irradiates a fluid with light; a light receiving unit that receives light scattered by the fluid; a detecting unit that detects a backflow of the fluid on the basis of a light reception signal from the light receiving unit; and a calculating unit that calculates, on the basis of the detection result by the detection unit and the light reception signal from the light receiving unit, estimated fluid information indicating the flow rate or flow speed of the fluid. Accordingly, even when a backflow of the fluid temporarily occurs, the flow speed of the fluid can be precisely measured.

摘要: This temperature control device is provided with: an endothermic/exothermic unit that heats or cools a subject to be subjected to temperature control; a temperature detection unit that detects the first temperature of the periphery of the subject; a control unit that controls the endothermic/exothermic unit on the basis of a variable target temperature; and a variable target temperature setter that sets the variable target temperature to a first variable target temperature on the basis of the first temperature and target temperature information indicating the target temperature. With such temperature control device, since the target temperature changes to a suitable value as needed, a time needed until the temperature of the subject reaches the target temperature can be shortened.

摘要: A fluid measuring apparatus is provided with: an irradiating device configured to irradiate a fluid with light; a light receiving device configured to receive light scattered by the fluid; a detecting device configured to detect a backflow of the fluid on the basis of a received light signal of the light receiving device; and a calculating device configured to calculate estimated concentration information indicating a concentration of the fluid, on the basis of a detection result of the detecting device and the received light signal of the light receiving device. By this, even if the backflow temporarily occurs in the fluid, the fluid concentration can be accurately measured.

摘要: A measuring apparatus is provided with: an irradiator configured to irradiate fluid with light; a first light receiver configured to receive a forward scatter component of scattered light scattered by the fluid; a second light receiver configured to receive a backscatter component of the scattered light; a third light receiver configured to receive a side scatter component of the scattered light; and an outputting device configured to output fluid information about the fluid, which is obtained on the basis of light receiving signals of the first light receiver, the second light receiver, and the third light receiver. According to this measuring apparatus, it is possible to output accurate fluid information because of the use of the forward scatter component, the backscatter component, and the side scatter component of the scattered light.

A medical apparatus includes a blood purification device including an accessing unit formed of a venous puncture needle stickable into a patient, electrocardiogram-measuring devices closely attached to a skin of the patient and being capable of measuring an electrocardiogram of the patient, and a blood-leakage-detecting device attached to a position near the accessing unit and being capable of detecting blood of the patient that may leak from the accessing unit. The medical apparatus further includes an integrated detecting device provided as a unit including the electrocardiogram-measuring device and the blood-leakage-detecting device.

摘要: A blood purification system that is capable of notifying any changes in the patient's condition on the basis of noninvasive vital sings of the patient that are observed during the blood purification treatment. An external information-processing apparatus includes an external input device into which a vital sign detected by a detecting device is inputtable in real time; a checking device capable of checking whether or not the vital sign inputted in real time into the external input device satisfies a predetermined condition; and an external output device capable of outputting, if it is determined by the checking device that the vital sign satisfies the predetermined condition, a result of the checking or checked information including the vital sign leading to the result of the checking to a blood purification apparatus. The checked information outputted from the external output device is displayable on a display included in the blood purification apparatus.
