    Abstract: A luminaire includes: a light source configured to emit light in a plurality of different colors; a controller that controls a color of the light emitted by the light source; an operation panel that receives information indicating a second color of light to be emitted by the light source; and an obtainer that obtains from an external device first information indicating a first color of light to be emitted by the light source. The controller stores second information including the information indicating the second color of light to be emitted by the light source, received by the operation panel. The controller generates third information indicating a third color which is a mixture of the first color of light indicated by the first information and the second color of light indicated by the information included in the second information, and causes the light source to emit light using the third information.

    Abstract: A constant current is configured to control an FET to adjust a drain current so that a detection voltage is equal to a reference voltage. A reference setter is configured to set the reference voltage to a sum of a first voltage and a second voltage. The first voltage is equal to a voltage developing across the detection resistor while a current, which has a same magnitude as a current supplied to the light source so that a current dimming level of the light source is equal to the dimming instruction value, flows through the detection resistor. The second voltage is equal to a voltage developing across the detection resistor while a second current, which has a same magnitude as a current flowing through the limiting resistor while the light source is on, flows through the detection resistor.

    Abstract: A lighting control device that controls lighting fixtures includes: a command generator that generates one or more commands for controlling the lighting fixtures; a signal transceiver that communicates with the lighting fixtures; and a communication protocol setter that sets which one of two or more types of communication protocols is to be used. The two or more types of communication protocols include a first communication protocol. The signal transceiver simultaneously transmits, using the first communication protocol, a first command to each of the lighting fixtures. The first command is included in the one or more commands and requests a response. The communication protocol setter sets the first communication protocol as the communication protocol to be used for one or more of the lighting fixtures that have responded to the first command.
