Abstract: An in-mold molding method of the present invention is a method including: placing an in-mold transfer film in the cavity of an injection molding mold, the in-mold transfer film having a hard coating layer and a transfer section of a printed layer; and peeling, from the base material film of the in-mold transfer film, the transfer section transferred to a molding resin when a molding molded by injecting the molding resin into the cavity is removed by mold opening. The hard coating layer is ruptured in a mold opening process while the in-mold transfer film has a necessary elongation of A % on the side of the molding and the hard coating layer has a rupture elongation of at least A %+2% and less than A %+40% on the side of the molding. With this configuration, the in-mold transfer film can be stably peeled during in-mold molding.

Abstract: A method relates to manufacturing an in-mold decorative molded product including a transfer layer formed on a surface of an injection-molded product. The method includes inserting, in a first mold for injection molding, an in-mold transfer film including the transfer layer disposed on a base film; forming a molding injection space by mold clamping of the first mold and a second mold including a structure for injecting a molding resin into the molding injection space and a structure for holding the in-mold decorative molded product; and forming the in-mold decorative molded product by filling the molding injection space with the molding resin and then opening the first and second molds. When the base film is separated from the in-mold decorative molded product by opening the first and second molds, a peeling weight varies depending on a portion in an end part of the in-mold decorative molded product.

Abstract: A water content sensor includes: a light emitter that emits detection light having a first wavelength band and reference light a second wavelength band toward a road surface; a first light receiver that converts the detection light reflected by the road surface to a first electric signal; a second light receiver that converts the reference light reflected by the road surface to a second electric signal; and a computation processor that detects the amount of water based on a signal ratio between the first electric signal and the second electric signal. The computation processor detects the amount of water based on the signal ratio obtained when the signal intensity of at least one of the first electric signal and the second electric signal is within a predetermined range defined relative to a reference value.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing an in-mold decorative molded article includes supplying an in-mold transfer foil to a metal mold, injecting and cooling a molding resin and taking out an molded article formed of the molding resin cooled and cured in the metal mold in which a clear layer and a transfer layer having a decorative figure in the in-mold transfer foil are integrated on the surface by opening the mold, molding the molded article integrally with a cutting portion not necessary for a target product inside the metal mold by the molding resin at an outer periphery of the product and arranging a boundary of a printing region of the clear layer in the in-mold transfer foil in the cutting portion so as to be larger than the outer periphery of the product.

Abstract: A warm-air blowing circuit and another warm-air blowing circuit are disposed so as to heat a film from both sides of a projection side and a recess side of a die, warm air reaches and heats the film from the time of supplying of the film, warm air continues to enter a space in which a resin is to be ejected even after the die is closed, and thereby the film is likely to extend. Therefore, the film is unlikely to be torn at the time of molding when the film is likely to be shaped after a shape of the die and it is possible to prevent broken pieces of the film or broken pieces of a decoration film from being mixed and being stuck to the surface of the die such that it is possible to improve quality of the external appearance of a molded product.
