Abstract:
A loudspeaker device includes a loudspeaker unit and an enclosure. The loudspeaker unit outputs sounds mainly in a first direction, upon receiving an electric signal. The enclosure is configured with at least a part of an interior member of a movable-body device, and secures and accommodates the loudspeaker unit in the inside of the enclosure. The interior member includes a body part, and an accommodation part that accommodates the loudspeaker unit therein and is formed integrally with the body part. The accommodation part is larger in dimension along the first direction than the body part.

A loudspeaker diaphragm includes a cone having a curved surface from the outer to the inner periphery, and an annular edge of which inner peripheral part is bonded to the front side of the outer peripheral part of the cone. When seen from the front, the outer periphery of the cone is defined by smooth connection of three larger-diameter parts tangent to a first circle with a larger diameter, and three smaller-diameter parts each located between adjacent two of the three larger-diameter parts and tangent to a second circle with a smaller diameter. In the cone, a shape defined by connecting together points at the same position on the central axis is more circular as the points approach the inner periphery from the outer periphery. The inner periphery of the edge has a smaller radius than the second circle.
Abstract:
A diaphragm includes a paper layer and a skin layer. The paper layer includes natural fibers and synthetic fibers formed of thermoplastic resin. The paper layer is formed by mixing the natural fibers and the synthetic fibers in water, and thinly spreading a resultant mixture on a mesh. The skin layer is formed on one surface of the paper layer. Note here that the skin layer is formed of the same resin as that of the synthetic fibers.

The diaphragm has a paper base layer and a papermaking layer. The papermaking layer is formed on a surface of the paper base layer. The paper base layer contains natural fibers and thermoplastic resin, and is formed by a papermaking process with a mixture of the natural fibers and the resin. The papermaking layer, contains fibers each having a tensile elastic modulus of 150 GPa or greater, and is formed by a papermaking process with the fibers.

A loudspeaker includes a frame, a magnetic circuit provided with a magnetic gap, a cone-shaped diaphragm, a voice coil, and an LED. The magnetic circuit is connected to a lower part of the frame. The diaphragm is connected to an outer periphery of the frame. A first end of the voice coil is connected to the diaphragm, and a second end thereof is inserted into the magnetic gap. The LED is provide on an upper part of the frame, and outputs light toward the center of the diaphragm. The LED is disposed such that the diaphragm reflects the light.
