Abstract: A motor control system includes motor control devices and a controller. The controller generates and transmits a communication signal including an operation command to the respective motor control devices. The motor control devices include two motor control devices in a first group, each of which includes a data transceiver, a motor controller, a corrector, and a synchronous timing generator, and a motor control device in a second group. The data transceiver receives an operation command issued to the motor control device, and receives operation information in the motor control device in the second group. Based on the operation command, the motor controller generates a torque command signal. The corrector generates a torque correction signal based on the operation information, and corrects the torque command signal. The synchronous timing generator generates a timing signal that matches pieces of process timing of the motor controllers in the first group with each other.

Abstract: A motor control device includes: a first communication unit that transmits or receives data to or from a motor; a communication disconnection determination unit that determines that the motor and the motor control device are in a disconnection state based on a fact that there is no reply from the motor within a prescribed period, and that determines that the motor and the motor control device have been restored to a connection state based on a fact that a reply from the motor to the motor control device has been restarted; and a replacement determination unit that obtains identification information from an identification information storage of the motor via the first communication unit and determines that the motor has been replaced, when it is determined that the motor and the motor control device have been restored to the connection state.

Abstract: A motor-driving apparatus, which drives a motor while controlling the motor based on an external command signal from an external device, includes an external command processor, a program storage, a motor controller, a program rewriting unit, a rewriting data input terminal. The external command processor outputs a motor control command from the external command signal based on an external command processing program. The motor controller controls an operation of the motor according to the motor control command based on a motor control program. Further, the external command processing program and the motor control program are previously stored in the program storage. The program rewriting unit rewrites only the external command processing program stored in the program storage based on the program rewriting data received from the rewriting data input terminal.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a multiaxial motor control system for controlling motors for a plurality of shafts included in a multiaxial machine, and including a plurality of motor control devices and a controller. The controller is connected with the motor control devices, and transmits a command signal to the motor control devices. Each motor control device includes a communication controller, a rotation controller, and a drive unit, and drives a motor of a corresponding shaft. The communication controller transmits and receives signals including the command signal, and determine whether the command signal is received normally. The rotation controller generates a torque command to operate the corresponding motor. The drive unit generates a drive voltage for electrification to drive the corresponding motor in accordance with the torque command. When a motor control device detects failure in reception, the motor control device outputs a torque command for braking torque to stop the corresponding motor.
