摘要: A power tool includes a brushless motor, including a stator and a rotor; an inverter circuit, including a plurality of switch components, where the plurality of switch components are configured to perform a switch action to control driving of the brushless motor; and a controller, electrically connected to the inverter circuit and the brushless motor, the controller including a load detection module configured to detect a parameter indicating a workload of the brushless motor. In response to the parameter being less than a set threshold, the controller is configured to control the brushless motor to maintain a first target rotational speed; and in response to the parameter being greater than or equal to a set threshold, the controller controls the brushless motor to maintain a second target rotational speed. The first target rotational speed may be greater than the second target rotational speed.

摘要: A control unit for a brushless DC motor of a power tool having a rotor and a stator is provided. The control unit detects an initial position of the rotor, commutates the motor beginning at the initial position of the rotor using a low-speed motor commutation scheme until an output speed of the rotor exceeds a speed threshold, and commutates the motor based on a back-electromotive force (back-EMF) voltage of the motor after the output speed of the rotor exceeds the speed threshold. In the low-speed commutation scheme, the control unit applies a first set of voltage pulses to a present sector and a second set of voltage pulses to a next sector, and detects a transition of the rotor from the present sector to the next sector based on motor current measurements associated with the first set of voltage pulses and the second set of voltage pulses.

摘要: Control commands for a control device of a machine define a sequence of successive sections of ideal position target values for a position-controlled shaft of the machine. The ideal position target values either increase or decrease monotonically within the sections, but the direction of the monotony changes from section to section. A position controller determines actuating signals for an actuator from position target values resulting from ideal position target values, additional target values and position actual values. Within sections, the additional target values are positive (negative) when the ideal position target values increase (decrease) monotonically. The additional target values have a first component dependent exclusively on a position difference, with the magnitude of the first component increasing as the magnitude of the position difference increases, first strictly monotonically and then at least monotonically.

摘要: A drain cleaning machine includes a brushless direct current (DC) motor configured to rotate a snake about the snake axis. An electronic processor is configured to control power switching elements to drive the brushless DC motor. In a first operating range when a load experienced by the brushless DC motor is less than or equal to a predetermined load, the electronic processor is configured to control the power switching elements to drive the brushless DC motor at an approximately constant speed regardless of the load experienced by the brushless DC motor. In a second operating range when the load experienced by the brushless DC motor is greater than the predetermined load, the electronic processor is configured to control the power switching elements to drive the brushless DC motor at a decreasing speed as the load experienced by the brushless DC motor increases.

摘要: A magnet temperature estimating device for a motor provided with a rotor having magnets and configured to output a rotational motive force, and a stator having a plurality of coils opposing the rotor with an aperture therebetween, is provided. The device includes a sensor configured to detect an induced voltage induced by rotation of the rotor, and a controller configured to control the motor by supplying power to the plurality of coils in response to an input of a detection signal from the sensor. The controller estimates a temperature of one of the magnets based on an amplitude of a frequency spectrum corresponding to a given frequency, among frequency components constituting the induced voltage.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method based on a motor stall protection and a motor stall protection apparatus. The method may includes: obtaining a rotational speed of a motor rotor and an output current of a motor stator; performing a pre-stall protection in response to the rotational speed being less than a first rotational speed threshold and the output current being greater than a first current threshold, the performing a pre-stall protection comprises obtaining a power module temperature, a stall decision value and a first current accumulation value; performing the stall protection in response to the first current accumulation value obtained being greater than the stall decision value. The method based on the motor stall protection provided in the present disclosure may determine a timing of performing the stall protection by periodically comparing the first current accumulation value and the stall decision value.

The shift compensation is calculated based on a position of a received sensor signal edge, the full-wave signal period, and the half-wave lengths of the sensor signal.

摘要: A motor demagnetization detection method includes the following steps. The speed of a motor is calculated according to the rotation angle of the motor. When determining that the motor respectively maintains a first and second steady state according to the speed, the three-phase current values of the motor are received to obtain first and second steady-state data. An equivalent magnetic flux is calculated according to the first and second steady-state data. The motor is repeatedly driven to maintain the first and second steady states, the first and second steady-state data are updated according to the three-phase current values, and the equivalent magnetic flux is again calculated to generate equivalent magnetic fluxes. A magnetic flux change is calculated according to equivalent magnetic fluxes. A demagnetization warning is issued according to a comparison of the magnetic flux change and a demagnetization warning value.
