    摘要: A power tool includes a brushless motor, including a stator and a rotor; an inverter circuit, including a plurality of switch components, where the plurality of switch components are configured to perform a switch action to control driving of the brushless motor; and a controller, electrically connected to the inverter circuit and the brushless motor, the controller including a load detection module configured to detect a parameter indicating a workload of the brushless motor. In response to the parameter being less than a set threshold, the controller is configured to control the brushless motor to maintain a first target rotational speed; and in response to the parameter being greater than or equal to a set threshold, the controller controls the brushless motor to maintain a second target rotational speed. The first target rotational speed may be greater than the second target rotational speed.

    摘要: Control commands for a control device of a machine define a sequence of successive sections of ideal position target values for a position-controlled shaft of the machine. The ideal position target values either increase or decrease monotonically within the sections, but the direction of the monotony changes from section to section. A position controller determines actuating signals for an actuator from position target values resulting from ideal position target values, additional target values and position actual values. Within sections, the additional target values are positive (negative) when the ideal position target values increase (decrease) monotonically. The additional target values have a first component dependent exclusively on a position difference, with the magnitude of the first component increasing as the magnitude of the position difference increases, first strictly monotonically and then at least monotonically.

An electronic processor is configured to control power switching elements to drive the brushless DC motor. In a first operating range when a load experienced by the brushless DC motor is less than or equal to a predetermined load, the electronic processor is configured to control the power switching elements to drive the brushless DC motor at an approximately constant speed regardless of the load experienced by the brushless DC motor. In a second operating range when the load experienced by the brushless DC motor is greater than the predetermined load, the electronic processor is configured to control the power switching elements to drive the brushless DC motor at a decreasing speed as the load experienced by the brushless DC motor increases.

The device includes a sensor configured to detect an induced voltage induced by rotation of the rotor, and a controller configured to control the motor by supplying power to the plurality of coils in response to an input of a detection signal from the sensor. The controller estimates a temperature of one of the magnets based on an amplitude of a frequency spectrum corresponding to a given frequency, among frequency components constituting the induced voltage.

The method based on the motor stall protection provided in the present disclosure may determine a timing of performing the stall protection by periodically comparing the first current accumulation value and the stall decision value.

    摘要: A motor demagnetization detection method includes the following steps. The speed of a motor is calculated according to the rotation angle of the motor. When determining that the motor respectively maintains a first and second steady state according to the speed, the three-phase current values of the motor are received to obtain first and second steady-state data. An equivalent magnetic flux is calculated according to the first and second steady-state data. The motor is repeatedly driven to maintain the first and second steady states, the first and second steady-state data are updated according to the three-phase current values, and the equivalent magnetic flux is again calculated to generate equivalent magnetic fluxes. A magnetic flux change is calculated according to equivalent magnetic fluxes. A demagnetization warning is issued according to a comparison of the magnetic flux change and a demagnetization warning value.
