摘要: A method (300) is described of determining characteristic of an ink jet printer (15). A chart containing multiple regions or patches is printed (320) on a print medium (115) using the ink jet print (15). The chart includes at least a first region printed using a first set of nozzles, and at least a second region printed using a second set of nozzles. The first and second sets of nozzles are a predetermined distance apart in the printer head of the printer (15). The printing of the first and second regions is also separated by a print medium advance operation equal to the predetermined distance. This causes the first and second regions to be aligned in the direction of the print medium advance operation. The chart is then imaged using scanner (16) chart to form a chart image. The positions of the regions appearing in the chart image are next determined (340). The spatial alignment characteristic of the printer is calculated from the distance, in the medium advance direction, between said first and second regions.

摘要: A method (300) is described of determining characteristic of an ink jet printer (15). 摘要: The present disclosure provides a catheter grip device that secures to a catheter shaft and provides easier manipulation of the catheter shaft for the user. For example, the catheter shaft, such as for an Electrophysiology catheter, may insert into a patient's blood vessel. From here, the user, such as the physician, may need to manipulate, re-position, rotate, or otherwise maneuver a distal end of the catheter shaft while inserted inside the patient's blood vessel. In this regard, by the catheter grip being securely attached to the catheter shaft, the user is able to manipulate, rotate, etc. the catheter shaft by rotating and manipulating the catheter grip. The catheter grip reduces strain on the various muscles of the user's hand, and also provides more accurate manipulation of the catheter shaft.

摘要: A modular dynamic dialogue animated display device for recreating a story that is divided into a stored sequence of storyline events which are sequentially retrieved by a processor. Each storyline event comprises at least one of playing a selected audio block or movement of a moveable display element. The processor generates sequential control signals which initiate performance of corresponding storyline events such that precise synchronization between audio and movement is provided. The display includes a universal main assembly which may be manufactured in a single tooling for use with different storylines, and sub-assemblies are mounted to the main assembly in accordance with the particular storyline being depicted. Alternatively, a plurality of individual display devices may be arranged one after another whereby a previous display device actuates performance in a next display device in order to depict different scenes from a single storyline.

摘要: An accumulator for an automatic sheet media punching and collating system includes a proximal end, having a shoulder, a distal end, and a moveable collating belt, disposed below the shoulder, extending from the proximal end to the distal end. The collating belt has an upwardly extending lower stop with an accumulating position opposite the shoulder, defining a drop region. The lower stop is configured to contact a lower edge of sheets of media sequentially received at the proximal end, whereby the sheets stop and accumulate in the drop region in a lift in a book order. The collating belt is selectively moveable to discharge the lift as a unit toward the distal end.
