The radial piston pump is characterized by at least one balancing element (24, 25) for the eccentric (17), which rotates synchronously with the eccentric (17) in the inlet chamber (20), the balancing element (24, 25) being so arranged in the inlet chamber (20) and/or so formed in its contour that a hydraulic resistance is formed between the inlet connection (8′) and inlet controller (31), or the flow of medium reaching the inlet controller (31) is unaffected.
