Abstract: A transceiver is configured for a calibration mode of operation in which an impedance of a transmit chain is tuned responsive to a power measurement of a mixed RF calibration signal to form a tuned transmit chain. A direct conversion mixes an RF calibration signal with a DC offset signal to form the mixed calibration signal. During a normal mode of operation, a heterodyne mixer mixes an LO signal with an IF signal to produce an RF signal that is amplified through the tuned transmit chain.

Abstract: An antenna system includes: a ground conductor; a substrate; a pair of planar dipole conductors disposed such that at least a portion of the substrate is disposed between the ground conductor and the pair of dipole conductors; a pair of energy couplers each electrically connected to a respective one of the pair of dipole conductors; and a pair of isolated lobes including electrically-conductive material. The pair of isolated lobes are electrically separate from the pair of dipole conductors and the pair of energy couplers, and disposed between the pair of dipole conductors and the ground conductor.

The power amplifier network further includes a second path comprising a second power amplifier. The power amplifier network further includes a common input path to both the first path and the second path. The power amplifier network further includes a first power control network for controlling a first signal applied to the first power amplifier. The power amplifier network further includes a second power control network for controlling a second signal applied to the second power amplifier, wherein the first power control network is different from the second power control network.

In some examples, the apparatus may transmit a first signal while receiving a second signal based on at least the subcarrier spacing coordination information, the beam coordination information, or the slot format index coordination information to mitigate self-interference.
