Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first network node (e.g., a first user equipment (UE)) may determine a first sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX) priority assigned to the first network node, wherein the sidelink DRX priority is based on one or more criteria associated with the first network node. The first network node may communicate on a sidelink channel using a first set of one or more DRX configurations based on the first sidelink DRX priority assigned to the first network node, wherein the first set of one or more DRX configurations are at least partially aligned in time with a second set of one or more DRX configurations of a second network node (e.g., a second UE) assigned a second sidelink DRX priority that is equivalent to the first sidelink DRX priority. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a base station may transmit a set of reference signals spanning a channel to a user equipment (UE), where each of the reference signals is associated with one of a set of transmit beams. The UE may measure a signal quality of each of the set of reference signals. In some cases, each measured signal quality may correspond to one of a set of subbands of the channel and one of the set of transmit beams. The UE may then transmit an indication of at least one signal quality associated with one of the set of subbands and one of the set of transmit beams. In some cases, the UE may indicate the at least one signal quality according to a configuration that may be indicated by the base station or selected by the UE.

Abstract: Various aspects of the disclosure relate to beam information for independent links. For example, beam information for one link may be sent on at least one other link. In some aspects, the independent links may involve a first device (e.g., a user equipment) communicating via different independent links with different devices (e.g., transmit receive points (TRPs) or sets of TRPs). For example, the first device may communicate with a second device (e.g., a TRP) via a first link and communicate with a third device (e.g., a TRP) via a second link. In some scenarios, one link can indicate beam switching for at least one other link. In some scenarios, one link can indicate link recovery for at least one other link. In some scenarios, one link can indicate link failure for at least one other link.

A user equipment (UE) may communicating a first uplink message using a first uplink carrier and a first timing advance (TA) value associated with a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state and a second uplink message using a second uplink carrier and a second TA value associated with a second TCI state for the UE. The UE may receive a timing advance group (TAG) configuration which indicates a TA value to apply for a supplementary uplink (SUL) carrier of the serving cell, which is one of the first TA or second TA values. The UE may then transmit a SUL message using the SUL carrier of the serving cell in accordance with the TA value determined for the SUL carrier based on the TAG configuration for the UE.

Where multiple TTIs are configured for CBG transmission, the base station may select to signal CBG transmission indications and/or transport block (TB)-level new data indicator (NDI) for each of the configured TTIs along with an index of the TTIs that CBG transmission indicators are sent for. The base station may select to add one or more CBG transmission indications based on the predetermined payload size of the transmission indication signal of the physical downlink control channel (PDCCH).
