摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a network may schedule a user equipment (UE) for multiple transmission/reception point (TRP) communication. The network may transmit a single downlink control information (DCI) message to the UE to dynamically configure multiple transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states for the multiple TRPs. In a first example, the DCI message may include a bit field indicating a set of antenna ports and the multi-TRP scheme for transmission. In a second example, the DCI message may include a separate field indicating the multi-TRP scheme (e.g., based on UE capabilities). In a third example, the DCI may indicate redundancy versions (RVs) for different TRPs in an RV field or across multiple fields. In a fourth example, the DCI may include an indication of a precoding resource block group (PRG) size that may be interpreted differently based on the indicated multi-TRP scheme.

摘要: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for signaling mechanisms associated with reporting information associated with multiple beam failure indicator (BFI) types via a beam failure detection (BFD) report. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may measure a periodic reference signal as part of a BFD procedure and may report a BFI if the UE measures that the reference signal fails to satisfy a threshold signal strength or quality. The UE may further detect or classify each reported BFI as one of multiple BFI types and may store information associated with respective numbers of the multiple BFI types in accordance with the detection or classification. In scenarios in which the UE declares beam failure, the UE may transmit a BFD report including the information associated with the respective numbers of the multipole BFI types.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for efficiently determining when to transmit a beam report indicating a new beam for communicating with a base station after a current beam used for communications with the base station fails. In one example, after detecting beam failure, a user equipment (UE) may compare a quality of each candidate beam available for communicating with a base station to a beam identification threshold, and the UE may perform beam reporting based on the comparisons (e.g., refrain from transmitting a beam report if the quality of each of the candidate beams is lower than the beam identification threshold). In another example, after detecting beam failure, a UE may compare a quality of each candidate beam available for communicating with a base station to a beam detection threshold, and the UE may perform beam reporting based on the comparisons.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may determine a first sidelink pathloss based at least in part on a first sidelink reference signal from a second UE. The first UE may also determine a second sidelink pathloss based at least in part on a second sidelink reference signal received from a third UE. The first UE may transmit, during a transmission time interval, a first sidelink transmission to the second UE using a first transmit power that is based at least in part on the first sidelink pathloss and a second sidelink transmission to the third UE using a second transmit power that is based at least in part on the second sidelink pathloss. The first sidelink transmission may be transmitted at a first frequency and the second sidelink transmission may be transmitted at a second frequency.

摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may provide information identifying a first time offset between a first time associated with a measurement performed by the user equipment and a second time associated with a measurement gap or a time value of a serving cell of the user equipment, receive information identifying a second time offset between the second time and a third time, wherein the second time offset is based at least in part on the first time offset, and/or transmit a random access message at the third time based at least in part on the second time offset. A scheduling entity may coordinate a random access procedure associated with the random access message based at least in part on the second time offset. Numerous other aspects are provided.

摘要: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first wireless node (e.g., a user equipment) may receive, from a second wireless node (e.g., a base station), a downlink signaling message indicating a synchronization signal block (SSB) grouping based at least in part on a full-duplex capability and transmission directions associated with the second wireless node. The first wireless node may configure, and the second wireless node may perform, a beam search and/or a self-interference measurement to identify at least one candidate downlink and uplink beam pair suitable for full-duplex operation based at least in part on the SSB grouping. Numerous other aspects are provided.

摘要: A receiving device may be either a UE or a base station. The receiving device may receive, from a transmitting device, communication based on a current reference signal (RS) pattern. The receiving device may determine, based on the received communication, at least one updated RS pattern for at least one resource block (RB). The at least one updated RS pattern may include at least one updated energy per resource element (EPRE) value for one or more RS tones. Further, the receiving device may transmit, to the transmitting device, a report of the at least one updated RS pattern. The report may correspond to at least one of an absolute value or a relative value of the at least one updated EPRE value for the one or more RS tones.
