    providing at least one switchgear cabinet which is constructed in several parts and comprises at least one detachably mounted component;
    disassembling and removing the detachably mounted component from the switch cabinet;
    machining the disassembled and removed component and providing the machined component for reassembly on the associated switch cabinet; and
    re-assigning the machined component provided for reassembly to the corresponding control cabinet,

    wherein the at least one switch cabinet has an individual machine-readable switch cabinet identification and the at least one removably mounted component has an individual machine-readable component identification, which are assigned to one another, wherein re-assigning the component to the switch cabinet comprising machine-reading of the machine-readable identifications and bringing together the component and the switch cabinet which have the mutually assigned identifications.

    摘要: The invention relates to a mounting plate arrangement with a switch cabinet frame and a mounting plate fastened thereto via at least one mounting plate holder, wherein the switch cabinet frame has a rectangular floor frame with four profile struts, which has on its outer side a fastening section offset relative to an outer sealing plane of the switch cabinet frame relative to the interior of the switch cabinet frame, wherein the mounting plate holder is formed in multiple parts, with a support bracket and with a base connected to the support bracket, wherein the support bracket is connected to the fastening section and to the mounting plate and the mounting plate stands on the base, and wherein the mounting plate holder with the base is placed on a profile side of one of the four profile struts extending between the sealing plane and the fastening section.

    摘要: A frame profile for a switchgear cabinet rack has two profile sides perpendicular to one another forming outer sides of the rack, and being in the form of a hollow-profile section. The profile sides transition into one another via transition sections that are perpendicular thereto and a connecting web without formation of an outer edge. The profile sides are adjoined, facing away from the transition sections, by first profile sections which are respectively perpendicular and parallel to the associated profile sides. At least the perpendicular or the parallel first profile sections have a row of fastening receptacles. The perpendicular first profile sections are adjoined by two profile sections which transition into an at least partially rounded contour section, the second profile sections each form with the contour section an undercut of the contour section on the outer side of the profile, and the frame profile encloses a coherent hollow chamber.
