    providing at least one switchgear cabinet which is constructed in several parts and comprises at least one detachably mounted component;
    disassembling and removing the detachably mounted component from the switch cabinet;
    machining the disassembled and removed component and providing the machined component for reassembly on the associated switch cabinet; and
    re-assigning the machined component provided for reassembly to the corresponding control cabinet,

    wherein the at least one switch cabinet has an individual machine-readable switch cabinet identification and the at least one removably mounted component has an individual machine-readable component identification, which are assigned to one another, wherein re-assigning the component to the switch cabinet comprising machine-reading of the machine-readable identifications and bringing together the component and the switch cabinet which have the mutually assigned identifications.

    摘要: A method for producing an electrical power device from subsequently manufactured parts by an additive manufacturing technique includes determining a target spatial distribution of a physical property of the electrical power device, the physical property being an electrical property and/or a mechanical property; forming a part of the electrical power device; selecting a physical property of a subsequent part of the electrical power device corresponding to the determined spatial distribution of the physical property such as to be different from a corresponding physical property of the part; and by means of the additive manufacturing technique, forming the subsequent part such that it is at least partially in contact with the part.
    An electrical power device is obtainable by the method, and the electrical power device may be used as an AC or DC insulator in an HVAC or HVDC apparatus.

The energy management module includes a housing configured to fit within the one or more slots of the load center or panelboard. It has a plurality of current sensor connectors configured to connect to current sensors that measure current flowing through breakers of the load center or panelboard to circuits within the structure. One or more power measurement DSPs are provided to measure power consumption of the circuits. It further has a microcontroller unit with a wireless network interface configured to communicate the power consumption measurements to a host controller or cloud services that provide the power consumption measurements for display in an energy management user interface.

    摘要: An arc shield for electrical switching apparatuses is provided. The arc shield comprises a mounting base and a detachable barrier and includes a multi-point mounting system that eliminates the need for hardware and gloves when installing the detachable barrier on the mounting base. The mounting base is formed with a hinge tab and two locking tabs, and the detachable barrier is formed with a corresponding notch and two tab receiving openings formed with retention profile. The notch can be seated on the hinge tab in order to establish a hinge, and once the hinge is established, the locking tabs can be inserted through the tab receiving openings by bending the detachable barrier. Once the bending force is removed, the retention profiles of the locking tabs ensure that the detachable barrier cannot be removed from the mounting base unless a bending force is intentionally reapplied to the barrier.

Digital artifacts of the refit electrical equipment system are recorded during performance of the plurality of refit instructions as part of the iterative assembly process.     摘要: A plug-on neutral (PON) device includes a housing that defines a phase cooperation portion configured to physically cooperate with phase buses of a bus assembly. The phase cooperation portion is configured to be electrically isolated from the phase buses and stabilize the PON device when installed on the bus assembly. A neutral cooperation portion is configured to physically cooperate with the neutral bus and to physically stabilize the PON device when installed. An electrical connector disposed at the neutral cooperation portion is configured to electrically connect to the neutral bus at an external end and to electrically connect to a conductive current path at its internal end. A lug assembly has one or more conductive terminal lugs, each terminal lug configured to receive current from an external neutral source via an aperture in the lug end of the housing and to electrically connect to the current path.
