Abstract: An LED lamp A1 includes a plurality of LED modules 1 and a substrate 2 on which the LED modules 1 are mounted in a row. A light guide 3 covering the LED modules 1 is provided on the substrate 2. The light guide 3 is held in close contact with each of the LED modules. With this arrangement, a proper amount of light is obtained with the use of a smaller number of LED modules 1 or with less power consumption.

Abstract: An LED lamp includes a plurality of LED modules arranged in direction x, a tubular enclosure for housing the LED modules that is open at ends spaced from each other in direction x, and end caps respectively closing the ends of the tubular enclosure in direction x. Each of the end caps is configured to diffuse light from the LED modules while transmitting the light, and includes an emission surface for emitting light in a direction z perpendicular to direction x. This arrangement ensures that the LED lamp has a good appearance even when it is made long.

Abstract: An LED lighting apparatus includes an LED light-emitting unit, a radar detector, a controller, and a translucent cover. The LED light-emitting unit has a plurality of LED chips. The radar detector transmits radio waves, receives radio waves reflected by an object, and detects a movement of the object based on a change in a wavelength of the received radio waves. The controller controls light emission of the LED light-emitting unit based on a result of the detection by the radar detector. The translucent cover covers the LED light-emitting unit in a main emission direction in which a center of the light emitted from the LED light-emitting unit travels, and allows light from the LED light-emitting unit and the radio waves from the radar detector to pass through.
