    摘要： Methods and apparatus are presented for a “disappearing” perforator gun assembly. In a preferred method of perforating a well casing, inserted into the well casing is a tubing conveyed perforator having an outer tubular made from a metallic glass alloy having high strength and low impact resistance. An inner structure is positioned within the outer tubular and holds one or more explosive charges. Upon detonating the explosive charges, the outer tubular is fragmented. The inner structure is preferably also substantially destroyed upon detonation of the one or more explosive charges. For example, the inner structure can be made from a combustible material, corrodible, dissolvable, etc., material. A disintegration-enhancing material is optionally positioned between the outer tubular and the inner structure. Additional embodiments are presented having gun housings which dematerialize upon detonation of the charges.

    摘要： A wireless system and method for implementing call controls (such as parental controls) for wireless telephones via a call-intercept platform (including a soft switch and/or an SS7 interconnection node, and SQL database), and a conventional mobile phone that makes and receives all outgoing calls through the call intercept platform. The call intercept platform includes secure web server to provide a secure website point of entry for allowing parents to specify a ruleset of parental controls that is stored in the SQL database. Every outgoing call from the mobile phone is routed into the call-intercept platform, which logs the call, crosschecks the mobile phone and outgoing call number against the stored ruleset for that phone/user, and selectively screens te calls. Incoming calls are automatically forwarded from the wireless carrier to the call intercept platform and are logged, cross-checked and selectively screened. The secure web portal allows parents and guardians or other individuals who desire to self-limit call usage to thoroughly manage their dependent's or their own phone, inclusive of viewing calls, activating and deactivating controls, customizing controls, as well as purchasing prepaid minutes and managing their accounts.

    摘要： The portable pop-up tent includes a cover, a self-supporting frame, and a retaining strap. The portable pop-up tent is a self-erecting structure that is used to create a private space within a public setting. The self-supporting frame is a spring-loaded structure. The springs within the spring-loaded structure are arranged such that the springs will cause the self-supporting frame to extend into a rectangular block shape without intervention from a person. The covering encloses the self-supporting frame for the purpose of creating the private space. The retaining strap holds the self-supporting frame and the cover in position when the self-supporting frame is placed in a collapsed position.
