摘要: Various disclosed embodiments include illustrative controller units, drive units, and methods. In an illustrative embodiment, a controller unit includes a controller electrically couplable to an inverter and a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions. The computer-executable instructions are configured to cause the controller to receive a battery heat request value, receive a torque command, generate a motor command responsive to the battery heat request value and the torque command, and send the motor command to the inverter to facilitate delivery of heat to a battery to achieve a target temperature while also causing a motor associated with a drive unit to operate at a level of torque that corresponds to the torque command.

摘要: Various disclosed embodiments include illustrative controller modules, direct current (DC) fast charging devices, and methods. In an illustrative embodiment, a controller module for a DC-DC converter includes a controller and computer-readable media configured to store computer-executable instructions configured to cause the controller to: receive an input voltage, an output voltage, and a requested power value. The computer-executable instructions are configured to cause the controller to: determine primary and secondary side inter-bridge phase shifts responsive to the requested power value, the input voltage, and the output voltage; determine an effective phase shift value responsive to the requested power value, the input voltage, the output voltage, and the primary side inter-bridge phase shift; generate control signals for switches of the DC-DC converter responsive to the primary side inter-bridge phase shift, the secondary side inter-bridge phase shift, and the effective phase shift value; and output the generated control signals.

摘要: Systems and methods for estimating input current are provided, particularly when input currents are applied to an electric motor of a motor system. An Electric Control Unit (ECU), according to one implementation, is configured to control the motor system. The ECU is configured to store computer logic having instructions that, when executed, cause one or more processing devices to obtain a duty cycle parameter at an output of the ECU. The duty cycle parameter, for example, relates to control actions enforced on one or more switches of a power electronics circuit of the motor system. Based on the duty cycle parameter, the instructions further cause the one or more processing devices to estimate an input current provided to the electric motor of the motor system. A more accurate input current estimation may thereby be used to better estimate torque.
