摘要: A recording sheet for ink jet printing is described, which consists of a support having coated thereon at least one ink-receiving layer consisting of binders and at least one nanocrystalline, nanoporous inorganic compound, wherein the recording sheet contains polynuclear aluminium hydroxo complexes with at least 13 aluminium atoms. Aluminium hydroxo complexes containing polycations with 13 or 30 aluminium atoms are preferred.

摘要: A recording sheet for ink jet printing is provided, which consists of a support having coated thereon at least one ink-receiving layer consisting of binders and at least one nanoporous inorganic compound, wherein the recording sheet contains a polynuclear aluminum hydroxo complex with 30 aluminum atoms. In a preferred embodiment, the surface of the nanoporous inorganic compound is modified by a treatment with the aluminum hydroxo complex with 30 aluminum atoms.

摘要: A method for producing special supramolecular assemblies of colorants, in particular cyanine dyes, called J aggregates consists in depositing a monolayer of dendrimers on a support and subsequently in deposing cyanines in solution for forming the organized monolayer of J aggregates. The method can be used for producing a secondary light source for injecting light into a waveguide from a light energy received from a primary light source emitting at different wavelength. The secondary source, which consists of the J aggregates incorporating energy acceptors, can also be integrated into an optical device incorporating the waveguide.

摘要: A computer based system for processing travel requests directed to a specific venue from individual members of a sponsored group, such as a corporation or governmental entity. The system comprises a database containing a venue file including information regarding the specific venue, a group member file for each individual member of the group, a travel policy file containing information on preselected vendors of various travel services, and a city code file containing codes corresponding to a plurality of city airport locations. Data is entered and information displayed to an individual group member making a travel request, either for travel as an individual or as part of a group, via a terminal, such as a personal computer. A central processing unit is in communication with a plurality of travel booking websites via the Internet. The CPU is programmed to select an individual group member itinerary for the specific venue which includes specific airline flights, and if necessary, specific hotel accommodations and specific rental car services.
