摘要: The invention relates to polymer blends comprised of a fluoropolymer and functional acrylic copolymer. The fluoropolymer is majority in the blend, accounting for 80 wt % or higher. The fluoropolymer can be polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and its copolymers. VDF copolymer can contain fluorinated comonomers such as hexafluoropropylene (HFP), tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) etc, or functionalized monomers such as vinyl carboxy lic acid, phosphoric, sulfonic acid and their salts. The functional acrylic copolymers are poly (methyl) methacrylate copolymers with functional containing monomers.

摘要: An object is to provide a resin composition excellent in dry adhesion to both a positive electrode and a negative electrode. Provided is a resin composition to solve the above issue, which contains a vinylidene fluoride copolymer containing: 73.7 mass% or more and 96.9 mass% or less of a constituent unit derived from vinylidene fluoride; 0.1 mass% or more and 1.3 mass% or less of a constituent unit containing a carboxy group; and 3 mass% or more and 25 mass% or less of an other constituent unit which does not contain a carboxy group and is derived from a compound copolymerizable with vinylidene fluoride, with the proviso that a total amount of the constituent units constituting the vinylidene fluoride is taken as 100 mass%. A solution obtained by dissolving 4 g of the vinylidene fluoride copolymer in 1 L of N,N-dimethylformamide has an intrinsic viscosity at 30° C. of 0.5 dL/g or more and 3 dL/g or less.

摘要: A method for manufacturing slurry for an insulation protective layer of a rechargeable battery includes obtaining an insulation material calibration curve showing a relationship between particle size and compressibility of an insulation material using sets of particle size and compressibility of the insulation material, obtaining a binder calibration curve showing a relationship between particle size and compressibility of a binder using sets of particle size and compressibility of the binder, measuring particle sizes of the insulation material and the binder loaded, determining an optimal mixture weight ratio with reference to the curves so that compressibility of mixture powder of the insulation material and the binder equals a set compressibility based on the measured particle sizes, mixing the insulation material and the binder at the determined mixture weight ratio to form mixture powder, loading the mixture powder into a powder dispenser, and adding a solvent to the mixture powder.

摘要: An aqueous or water-borne precursor liquid for forming an odor-absorbing and anti-fouling heterophasic thermoset polymeric coating is provided. The precursor includes a fluorine-containing polyol precursor having a functionality >about 2 that forms a branched fluorine-containing polymer component defining a first phase in the anti-fouling heterophasic thermoset polymeric coating. The precursor also includes a first precursor that forms a first component including a cyclodextrin present as second phase. The first phase can be a continuous phase and the second phase can be a first discrete phase, or the second phase can be the continuous phase and the first phase can be the first discrete phase. A crosslinking agent, water, and optional acid or base are also present. An emulsifier may also be included. Methods of making an odor-absorbing and anti-fouling heterophasic thermoset polymeric coatings with such precursors are also provided.
