摘要: The invention relates to an acrylonitrile copolymer binder and application thereof in lithium ion battery, belonging to the field of lithium ion battery. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an acrylonitrile copolymer binder comprising the following structural units in percentage by weight: 78-95% of acrylonitrile unit, 1-10% of acrylic ester unit and 2-15% of acrylamide unit. For the binder of the invention, acrylonitrile monomer is taken as the main body, and acrylic ester monomer, acrylamide monomer or acrylate salt monomer with strong polarity is added to acrylonitrile for copolymerization to enable the flexibility of a polymer membrane, the affinity of an electrolyte and the proper swelling degree in the electrolyte while keeping strong adhesion or intermolecular force of acrylonitrile polymer molecules, so as to fit the periodic volume changes of electrode active materials along with lithium ion intercalation/deintercalation in charging and discharging processes, thereby improving the energy density and cycle performance of the lithium ion battery.

摘要: A method is designed to prepare foamed, opacifying elements each having a target light blocking value (LBVT) of at least 3, using a textile fabric substrate with a light blocking value (LBVS). The LBVT-S difference is calculated; a foamable aqueous composition is chosen; a dry coating weight for the foamable aqueous composition (when foamed) is determined to form a single dry opacifying layer that is foamed, dried, and densified to provide a dry thickness at least 20% less than the original dry thickness. The single dry opacifying layer a has light blocking value that is equal to LBVT-S, ±15%. The desired foamable aqueous composition can be chosen from a set of similar compositions to achieve the desired LBVT with the noted textile fabric substrate using suitable mathematical formula relating dry coating weight to light blocking value and a suitable data processor.

摘要: Presented and described is a dispersion paint containing, in each case based on the total weight of the dispersion paint, a) 1% to 15% by weight of pigment, b) 30% to 60% by weight of filler, c) 1% to 25% by weight of polymer, d) 0.1% to 3.5% by weight of alkali metal alkyl siliconate, e) 25% to 70% by weight of water, wherein the pH of the dispersion paint is from 10 to 12. Also described is a process for producing the dispersion paint. The dispersion paint is suitable for use in interior and/or exterior applications.

摘要: The present application relates to a pinning composition, a laminate comprising the same, and a method for producing the same. The pinning composition of the present application can impart directionality and location selection properties to a polymer membrane comprising a self-assembly structure of a block copolymer. The pinning composition of the present application exhibits excellent reaction selectivity, whereby it can form a vertical lamella structure with a high degree of alignment. In addition, the pinning composition of the present application may be suitable for application to low temperature processes.

摘要: A foamed, opacifying element having a target light blocking value (LBVT) and a target porous substrate is prepared by determining the light blocking value (LBVS) of the target porous substrate; calculating the LBVT-S difference; choosing a foamable aqueous composition; determining a dry coating weight for the chosen foamable aqueous composition (when foamed); and using the dry coating weight to form the single dry opacifying layer as the only layer disposed on the target porous substrate, such that the single dry opacifying layer has light blocking value that is equal to LBVT-S, ±10%. The chosen foamable aqueous composition comprises the essential components (a) through (e) described herein. The desired foamable aqueous composition can be chosen from a set of similar compositions to achieve the desired LBVT with the noted target porous substrate using suitable mathematical formula relating dry coating weight to light blocking value and a suitable data processor.

摘要: A method of preparing a copper-based composite conductive powder. The method includes: (1) preparing a liquid polyacrylonitrile (LPAN) solution, stirring the LPAN solution to yield a cyclized polyacrylonitrile solution; (2) heating the cyclized LPAN solution at between 200 and 300° C. for between 1 and 10 hrs to yield a thermally-oxidized polyacrylonitrile having a ladder structure; (3) adding the thermally-oxidized polyacrylonitrile and a copper compound to a solvent, and uniformly mixing, to yield a polyacrylonitrile coated copper compound; (4) drying the polyacrylonitrile coated copper compound to yield a carbonized precursor coated copper compound; and (5) calcining the carbonized precursor coated copper compound in the presence of an inert gas flow of between 10 and 500 mL/min for between 6 and 24 hrs at the temperature of between 300 and 1800° C.

摘要: The invention includes a microbe-mitigating architectural barrier that includes a barrier forming material, and at least one biocide. The barrier forming material may be a bitumen product, an elastomeric polymer and combinations thereof. The microbe-mitigating architectural barrier may be formed by applying an emulsion composition directly to an architectural surface, or may be pre-formed and adhered or otherwise secured to the architectural surface in the form of a sheet or film.The invention also includes architectural assemblies and/or building envelopes that include the microbe-mitigating barrier. Related methods encompassed within the invention include a method of preparing an architectural barrier that includes: (a) preparing an emulsion that comprises a barrier forming material chosen from a bitumen product, an elastomeric polymer and combinations thereof, and at least one biocide, (b) applying the emulsion to at least one architectural surface, and (c) drying and/and or curing the emulsion to form a barrier.
