摘要： A heavily thermally stressable component comprising a graphite and a metal part, e.g., copper or a copper alloy, soldered together. Between the solder and the metal part there is an intermediate layer comprising chromium or an alloy containing a substantial proportion of chromium with copper and/or nickel additives. This special intermediate layer provides a good bond between the graphite and the metal which remains stable even under the heaviest cyclic thermal stresses.

摘要： A filtering cartridge made of compacted and sintered particles is manufactured from a powder consisting of chromium or a chromium alloy with at least 70% Cr by weight and a particle size of the chromium particles between 160 .mu.m and 500 .mu.m. Filtering cartridges of this type can be used advantageously, particularly in gas clarification for energy production by biomass gasification or coal gasification, in cracking processes in the petroleum industry, as well as for the production of melamine resin.

摘要： The tungsten/heavy metal alloy is suitable for tools such as extrusion dies and extrusion mandrels for the hot-forming of copper and copper alloys. The novel alloy consists of 80 to 89.9% by weight of tungsten, 2 to 7% by weight of chromium, and a remainder of binder metal. The use of the novel alloy primarily results in a considerably reduced formation of grooves on the surface of the forming tools.
