摘要： Fixed amounts of granular and granulated seasonings are dispensed from a rotatable disc that lies flat or horizontal and which includes a through-hole or void. The void is gravity-filled with granulated seasonings from a hole in the bottom of a hopper. A screen below the disc is formed to have open, through-holes and a solid land. The void in the disc fills with granules when the void is beneath a hole in the hopper but over a solid land thus preventing granules to spill through the disc. Rotation of the disc moves the void away from the land, allowing granules in the void to fall through holes in the screen. A gasket provides a seal between the disc and the hopper. The disc is rotated back and forth around its axis by vertical movement of an actuator about the horizontal hinge.

The dispenser includes a cylinder having an annulus and defining an open interior. The cylinder receives the flexible plastic bag within the open interior. The cylinder includes a threaded nozzle that extends away from the open interior. A dispensing cap threadingly engages the threaded nozzle and includes a hollow tube and at least one knife edge which extends past the annulus into the open interior.

摘要： A dispenser for viscous, extrudable materials uses a sprocket-driven push chain that is drawn from a chain magazine responsive to actuation of a user trigger. The sprocket for the chain is driven by a toothed wheel, which is driven by a first, ratcheting drive pawl, which is actuated by the trigger. A second ratcheting locking pawl prevents the toothed wheel and hence the chain sprocket from rotating backward when the trigger is released. A single “button” or actuator can be actuated by one hand of a user while the user's other hand grasps a chain retractor to pull an extended chain back to a starting position whereat the dispenser can be reloaded.

摘要： A fry basket includes an open top basket frame having a plurality of upright side walls defining a frying space therewithin. One side of the basket frame is positionable on a support structure above a food receiving station. At least one perforate trap door is movably mounted on the basket frame for movement between a closed position closing a drop opening at the bottom of the frame and an open position to allow cooked food to drop through the opening onto the food receiving station. Actuating means are provided for automatically moving the trap door from its closed to its open position simply in response to moving the basket frame relative to the support structure.

摘要： A volumetric displacement dispenser and method of using the dispenser is disclosed for dispensing liquid contents from an interior of a bottle with a bottle neck while preventing air from filling a void created within the interior of the bottle caused by the liquid contents being poured out of the bottle by gravity. The dispenser includes a stopper having first and second boreholes extending there through, the stopper being adapted to form an air-tight seal when it is seated into the bottle neck. An air pressure tube routed through the first of the boreholes has a first end open to atmospheric air and a second end open to the interior of the bottle. An expandable volumetric displacement balloon is attached to the second end of the air pressure tube and a one-way liquid valve is disposed in the outlet of the liquid flow channel in the stopper.
