    摘要： A fence post extractor includes a sleeve for receiving a fence post and a clamping bar that is pivotable with respect to the sleeve at a pivot joint. The clamping bar pivots between a first position where the fence post is clamped between a second end of the clamping bar and the sleeve, and a second position where the fence post is released with respect to the second end of the clamping bar. A powered lifting apparatus has an engaging portion that is engaged with the clamping bar. The engaging portion is moved under power between a raised position and a lowered position to move the clamping bar between the first and second positions.

A portion of the garment shell web may be directed in the cross machine direction to define a folded portion, and a portion of the absorbent assembly may be attached to the folded portion.

The process includes transporting a first web and a second web and joining the first web and the second web to provide a crotch seam. Portions of the webs may also be removed to provide an opening, and an absorbent assembly may be disposed on the first web proximate the opening. Portions of one or both of the webs may also be directed in the cross machine direction and the edges of the webs attached together to form a waist opening and a pair of leg openings.
