    摘要: Shampoo compositions comprise (a) from about 5% to about 50% of one or more detersive surfactants, by weight of the shampoo composition; (b) a dispersed gel network phase comprising, by weight of the shampoo composition, (i) at least about 0.05 % of one or more fatty amphiphiles; (ii) at least about 0.01% of one or more secondary surfactants; and (iii) water; and (c) at least about 20% of an aqueous carrier, by weight of the shampoo composition. A process for preparing a shampoo composition comprises the steps of: (a) combining a fatty amphiphile, a secondary surfactant, and water at a temperature sufficient to allow partitioning of the secondary surfactant and the water into the fatty amphiphile to form a pre-mix; (b) cooling the pre-mix below the chain melt temperature of the fatty amphiphile to form a gel network; (c) adding the gel network to one or more detersive surfactants and an aqueous carrier to form a shampoo composition.

    摘要: Disclosed are aqueous conditioning shampoo compositions which comprise an anionic detersive surfactant component; from about 0.025% to about 5% by weight of an water soluble or dispersible, cationic, non crosslinked, deposition or conditioning polymer; the conditioning shampoo may additionally comprise dispersed, liquid, droplets of a water insoluble, hair conditioning agent having a volume average particle diameter of from about 5 microns to about 125 microns. A homopolymer has a cationic charge density from about from about 2 meq/gm to about 4 meq/gm or a cationic charge density of from about 5 meq/gm to about 10 meq/gm; or an average molecular weight of at least 500,000. A 10 copolymer is formed from one or more cationic monomer units and one or more nonionic monomer units or monomer units bearing a negative charge wherein the subsequent charge of the copolymer is positive. The cationic polymer, in combination with anionic detersive surfactant component and other essential components, provides improved deposition of the conditioning agent on hair or skin, even when the dispersed conditioning agent particles have a volume average particle size of up to about 125 microns. The composition may be applied to skin or hair, and provides improved conditioning performance even without the use of the dispersed hair conditioning agent particles.

    摘要: A ruggedized, snap-together, module securely retains a pair of mutually abutting fiber optic interconnect MT ferrules, that have been joined together by a ferrule aligning pin clamp structure. The module includes a generally rectangular base member having a ferrule retention cavity that is configured to retain a pair of MT ferrules and an associated pin clamp assembly therefor. A cover is configured to engage the base in such a manner that the two MT ferrules are firmly held in their intended face-to-face abutting condition as captured between the base and the cover. A bias compression spring is captured between the cover and the base in a manner that facilitates removal of the cover when it is desired to open the module and gain access to the two MT ferrules.

The invention also relates to a process for reusing the ion exchange resin catalyst after the reacting of the at least two siloxanes in the presence of the ion exchange resin catalysts comprising adding water to the ion exchange resin catalyst to readjust the water content to from 6 to 19 weight % water, based on the dry weight of the catalyst, and then reacting at least two siloxanes in the presence of the readjusted water content ion exchange resin catalyst.
