    摘要: This invention relates to a mixture of from 60 to 95% by weight of a diglycidyl ester of hexahydrophthalic acids and from 5 to 40% by weight of 3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl-3,4-epoxycyclohexane carboxylate. In combination with conventional polycarboxylic acid anhydrides as hardeners, this mixture is used for the production of molded bodies with excellent weathering resistance, good electrical properties and surprisingly good mechanical properties.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a two-compartment cartridge which is suitable for securing stay bars in bore holes by means of polyurethane resins and which is destructible by the stay bar, containing a polyisocyanate component on the one hand and a polyol component on the other hand, distinguished by the fact that the polyisocyanate component used is an aromatic polyisocyanate or a mixture of aromatic polyisocyanates, while the polyol component used is a polyol containing tertiary amine nitrogen and having a molecular weight of from about 119 to 3000 or a polyol mixture containing at least one such polyol. The present invention also relates to a process for securing stay bars in bore holes by introducing into the bore hole a two-compartment cartridge which contains components capable of forming a synthetic resin and which is destructible by driving in the stay bar and subsequently driving in the stay bar, distinguished by the fact that a cartridge of the type described above is used as the two-compartment cartridge.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the reinforcement of geological formations and loose rock and earth masses by introducing, into the cavities of the geological formations or rock or earth masses which are required to be reinforced, reaction mixtures based on organic polyhydroxyl compounds and organic polyisocyanates which react to form polyurethanes, which process is characterized in that the polyisocyanate component used is a polyisocyanate mixture containing from about 10 to 80%, by weight, of 2,4'-diisocyanato-diphenylmethane. The present invention also relates to a two-chamber cartridge suitable for carrying out the process according to the present invention. This cartridge comprises two chambers separated from each other, one containing a polyisocyanate component and the second chamber containing a polyol component, the quantitative proportions of the two components being calculated so that when the cartridge is destroyed, a reaction mixture which reacts to yield a polyurethane is obtained, characterized in that the polyisocyanate component used is a polyisocyanate mixture containing from about 10 to 80%, by weight, of 2,4'-isocyanato -diphenylmethane.

    摘要: The instant invention relates to a process for the production of crosslinked plastics comprising reacting organic polyisocyanates, organic polyhydroxyl compounds and olefinically unsaturated monomers, optionally in the presence of catalysts and/or other auxiliaries and additives, wherein(a) the polyhydroxyl compounds used are olefinically unsaturated polyhydroxyl polyesters with OH-numbers in the range of from 200 to 1000, molecular weights in the range of from 200 to 800 and double bond contents of from 0.1 to 0.5 gram equivalents of C.dbd.C double bonds per 100 g of polyester;(b) the olefinically unsaturated monomers used are olefinically unsaturated compounds with no more than one isocyanate-reactive group and boiling points in the range of from 40.degree. to 250.degree. C, the monomers being employed in such quantities that, for every olefinically unsaturated double bond in the polyhydroxyl compound (a) there are from 0.3 to 5 olefinically unsaturated double bonds emanating from the polymerizable monomers; and(c) the quantities in which the reactants are used are selected in such a way that there are from 0.3 to 5 isocyanate groups per hydroxyl group in the reaction mixture.
