The device comprises a lifting and lowering control unit (5) indirectly fixed to a toilet bowl main body (30); an output shaft (12) that is provided on the swing center line (C), one end portion of which shaft being removably connected to the swing shaft (17) of the lifting and lowering control unit (5) and the other end portion being detacheably connected to the base end portion (3l) of the toilet seat (3); and a toilet seat transmission unit (9) containing a tortion spring (13) that urges the output shaft (12) in a lifting direction of the toilet seat (3). The lifting and lowering device (31) for the toilet seat of toilet cover is relatively small in size and able to stabely hold the toilet seat or toilet cover in a raised position. Commonality of structural parts can be achieved depending on the magunitude of torque caused by the self weight of the toilet seat or toilet cover.

摘要： A damper device includes a check valve operated to apply braking force to a rotary shaft having wing portions when rotated in a cylinder in one direction and, when the rotary shaft is rotated in the opposite direction, the check valve is not operated. Movement restricting flow passages for restricting the movement of a viscous fluid between front and rear-side oil chambers divided by the wing portions are formed between an inner wall of the cylinder and the wing portions, and a selective communication passage having the check valve is formed between the wing portions and one of two side walls forming the oil chambers, such that the side wall and the check valve can be rotated along with the rotation of the wing portions, thereby avoiding rotation of the check valve in contact with the inner wall of the cylinder, for pronged service life of the damper device.

摘要： There is provided a V-groove machining method and apparatus which, by measuring the depth of a V groove cut by a cutting tool and correcting the cutting depth of the cutting tool based on the measurement data, enables high precision machining of four-sided pyramids having vertices of a uniform height. The V-groove machining method includes the steps of: feeding a cutting tool relative to a workpiece in a first direction to create a first V groove, extending in the first direction, in the surface of the workpiece, and repeating this machining operation to create first V grooves at a predetermined pitch; moving the cutting tool along one of the first V grooves and scanning the first V groove with a distance sensor, disposed near the cutting tool, to measure the distance to the bottom of the first V groove, thereby detecting undulation of the bottom of the first V groove along the first direction; and feeding the cutting tool relative to the workpiece in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction to create a second V groove in the surface of the workpiece, and repeating this machining operation while correcting the position of the cutting tool in the machining position for each second V groove based on the results of detection of the undulation, thereby creating second V grooves at a predetermined pitch.
