    摘要: This invention presents a new anisotropic conductive film for conductive connections, its method of manufacture, and connectors which use the same, which reduces the connection resistance of semiconductor and similar devices, to the circuit substrates, and simultaneously simplifies the repair. Copper foil 2 is bonded on both sides to an electrical insulating film 3. Holes are formed in the copper foil 2 by etching, and through-holes 5 are formed in the aforesaid electrical insulating film 3, using copper foil 2 as a mask for etching. Next, the through-holes 5 are filled with a conductive elastomer 6, and hardened. The copper foil 2 is then etched to form protuberances 4 of elastomer 6 having the same viscosity. The conducting elastomer 6 protuberance 4 on one side makes contact with the semiconductor device pad, while the protuberance 4 on the other side makes contact with the substrate-side pad. A conductive connection is made by pressing both together.

The application generation system has a mobile terminal including computation means for performing predetermined computation processing, image capture means for capturing an information code, decoding means for decoding the information code to extract character information, display means for displaying predetermined information, and first communication means for communicating character information. The system includes a server having second communication means for communicating with the first communication means, an assessment database storing assessment rules, a program component database storing program components, and analysis means which analyzes character information received by the second communication means to determine results of the analysis based on the assessment rules stored in the assessment database to determine information related to attributes and configuration of an application to be generated as well as program components configuring the application.

    摘要: Terephthalic acid having a purity of 99% or more can be produced in a yield of 95% by mole or more by oxidizing p-tolualdehyde or a mixture of p-tolualdehyde and p-toluic acid with molecular oxygen in a solvent in the presence of a cobalt salt catalyst under the conditions that (1) a Co/solvent ratio is 0.05 to 0.70% by weight and (2) a toluic acid/Co ratio is 0.1 to 3.0 moles/gram atom, without using either a promoter or an oxidation accelerator.

    摘要: An exposure device includes at least one light emitting element that emits light in a normal direction of the substrate; at least one hologram element that is recorded on a recording layer arranged on the substrate to diffract light emitted from the light emitting element and condense the diffracted light on a condensing point on a normal line of the light emitting element; and at least one light inhibiting part that is arranged on a straight line that connects the light emitting element and the condensing point such that the light diffracted by the hologram element passes through the outside of the light inhibiting part and condenses at the condensing point, to inhibit transmission of zeroth-order light that goes straight toward the condensing point from the light emitting element without being diffracted by the hologram element.
