Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel including a display area including pixels and a non-display area including a dummy pixel; a scan driver which supplies a scan signal to the display panel; a data driver which supplies a data signal to the display panel; and a timing controller which supplies a first control signal for controlling the scan driver and a second control signal for controlling the data driver. The dummy pixel is connected to a bad pixel among the pixels in the display area through a repair line, and a connection of the dummy pixel to the repair line is cut off in an initialization phase in which a voltage of an initialization power source is supplied.

Abstract: A display device includes dummy pixels adjacent to active pixels, and a controller to control pixel driving circuits in the active pixels and dummy driving circuits in the dummy pixels. The dummy driving circuit includes a pumping capacitor, and first and second transistors to connect an initialization voltage terminal to a dummy anode terminal. The first transistor includes a control electrode connected to a first input signal terminal, a source terminal connected to the dummy anode terminal, a drain terminal connected to a source terminal via a first node. The pumping capacitor connects the first node and a first power source voltage terminal. The second transistor includes a control electrode connected to a second input signal terminal, a source terminal connected to the drain terminal of the first transistor, and a drain terminal connected to a second power source voltage terminal.

Abstract: An organic light emitting device having a repair line connected to an organic light emitting element of a bad pixel. A first capacitor stores a voltage corresponding to a data voltage of the bad pixel, and a driving transistor outputs a current corresponding to the voltage stored in the first capacitor to an output terminal. A first transistor is connected between the output terminal of the driving transistor and the repair line, and is turned on or turned off in response to a first signal. A second transistor is connected between the repair line and a node, and is configured to be turned on or turned off in response to a second signal. A third transistor is connected between a node and a first voltage line for supplying a first voltage, and is turned on or turned off in response to a third signal.

Abstract: A display panel and a repairing method thereof are disclosed. In one aspect, the display panel includes an active area including a plurality of pixels and a plurality of signal lines. The panel also includes a repair line at least partially surrounding the active area and overlapping the signal line in the active area and a plurality of first transistors formed on a side of the active area, wherein one end of each of the first transistors overlaps the repair line. The panel further includes a sealing portion configured to seal the active area, the repair line, and the first transistors. The panel also includes a pad portion formed outside the sealing portion and including a plurality of dummy pads respectively connected to the first transistors and a plurality of driving pads respectively connected to the signal lines.
