摘要: Provided is a display device which includes a substrate having a display area and a non-display area, and a plurality of pads disposed in the non-display area. Each of the pads includes a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, a third electrode layer, a fourth electrode layer, and a fifth electrode layer which are sequentially disposed on the substrate, and the second electrode layer is in contact with the first electrode layer through a contact hole formed in one or more insulating layers.

摘要: A display device including a substrate; a display element layer on the substrate, the display element layer including light emitting devices; a circuit element layer between the substrate and the display element layer, the circuit element layer including signal lines and light transmitting areas which are located between the signal lines in a plan view and allow light to be transmitted therethrough; a first light blocking layer between the substrate and the circuit element layer, the first light blocking layer including first openings; and a second light blocking layer on the first light blocking layer, the second light blocking layer including second openings. The second light blocking layer includes second sub-light blocking layers disposed to be spaced apart from each other, the second sub-light blocking layers each having the second openings. The first openings of the first light blocking layer overlaps with an area between the second sub-light blocking layers.

摘要: A display device includes a substrate including a first area, a second area, and a bending area. A plurality of first wires are positioned in the first area. A plurality of second wires are positioned in the second area. An insulating layer is positioned in the bending area. A plurality of connecting wires are disposed on the insulating layer. Each of the connecting wires is connected with at least one of the first wires and at least one of the second wires. Each of the connecting wires includes a first portion and a second portion alternatingly arranged along an extending direction of the connecting wires. A width of the first portion is wider than a width of the second portion in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction each of the connecting wires.

摘要: A display device includes: a base layer including a display area (DA) and a non-DA; a circuit element layer on the base layer and including: a power supply electrode (PSE) overlapping the non-DA, circuit elements, and a shielding electrode connected to the PSE and overlapping some of the circuit elements; a display element layer on the circuit element layer and including: a light emitting element including a first electrode, a light emitting unit, and a second electrode, and a connection electrode connecting the second electrode to the PSE and including first through-holes; a thin film encapsulation layer (TFEL) on the display element layer and including an organic layer overlapping the DA; and an input sensing layer on the TFEL and including sensing electrodes and sensing signal lines connected to the sensing electrodes. The sensing signal lines overlap the connection electrode. Some of the first through-holes overlap the shielding electrode.

The sensing signal lines overlap the connection electrode. Some of the first through-holes overlap the shielding electrode.
