Provided are a deformable fingerprint recognition device and a fingerprint authentication method and an electronic apparatus using the deformable fingerprint recognition device. The deformable fingerprint recognition device may include a fingerprint sensor configured to be deformed in shape and a strain sensor provided on a surface of the fingerprint sensor to measure deformation distribution of the fingerprint sensor. The deformable fingerprint recognition device may recognize a fingerprint of a user by reflecting the deformation distribution of the fingerprint sensor measured by the strain sensor. The deformable fingerprint recognition device may include a plurality of first pixel regions to detect the fingerprint of the user, and the strain sensor may include a plurality of second pixel regions to measure the deformation distribution of the fingerprint sensor.

An integrator circuit device for integrating an input signal includes an integrator configured to perform integration on an input signal in a positive direction or a negative direction to generate an output voltage, and a switching controller configured to control a switch so that the integrator performs the integration on the input signal in the positive direction or the negative direction. The integrator circuit device further includes a counter configured to count a number of times an integration direction of the integrator is changed, and a controller configured to determine a final output voltage, based on the counted number of times the integration direction is changed and the output voltage.

Provided is a fingerprint authentication system and a method of authentication. The fingerprint authentication system may have a configuration to analyze a reflection wave signal reflected at a surface of an object under examination or an internal of the object under examination by applying a wave signal from at least one of signal communication unit of a fingerprint sensor to the object under examination. In the method of authentication, the controller in the fingerprint authentication system may be configured to selectively perform a first step authentication to authenticate a shape of a fingerprint, and a second step authentication to detect internal biometric information of the object under examination.

A mobile device which senses particulate matter is provided. The mobile device includes a housing having an air flow path through which air flows when the mobile device is shaken; an inertia sensor that detects acceleration of the mobile device; a light-scattering type sensor that irradiates the air flow path with light and detects particulate matter in air flowing through the air flow path; and a controller that includes a counter for counting the particulate matter detected by the light-scattering type sensor, and a flow rate calculator for detecting an air flow rate of the air flow path based on a detection signal of the inertia sensor.
