    Abstract: A wellsite system that includes a bulk material transporter, a mobile tagger, and an uplink. The bulk material transporter includes a supply of a bulk material, a meter to measure output from the supply, and a data logger to log the output as a function of a predetermined parameter. The mobile tagger assigns transfer parameters to each transfer of the bulk material from the supply to one of multiple assets located at the wellsite, including the output measured by the meter. The uplink wirelessly transmits data from the log and the transfer parameters to remote data storage not located at the wellsite.

    Abstract: A pump has power and fluid ends wherein one or more of the drive rods are offset from the plungers. An offset coupler connects a drive rod to an offset plunger. A method includes connecting the offset power end to the standard fluid end using the offset coupler. A repair and maintenance system includes inventories of standard fluid ends, power ends including offset power ends, and adapters, and a population of in service pumps, whereby the pumps can be repaired by removing and replacing the power ends from inventory using the adaptor where the replacement power end unit is offset. Another method includes removing and replacing the power end with one from the inventory, wherein the adapter is used in the case of an offset power end, whereby the offset and standard power ends may be used interchangeably.

    Abstract: A fluid flow stabilizing method and a pump having a stabilized fluid flow passage where a process fluid contains suspended solid particles and is subject to pressure oscillations. The method comprises positioning an expandable membrane along the lower transverse surface, inflating the membrane with a compressible fluid, and alternatingly expanding and contracting the membrane to dampen the pressure oscillations and inhibit settling of the solid particles at the lower transverse surface. The pump comprises a stabilizer comprising a compressible fluid in an expandable membrane elongated along the lower transverse surface of a manifold in fluid communication with the fluid end. Another method comprises reciprocating a plunger in the pump to pass a slurry through the manifold, and alternatingly expanding and contracting a stabilizer in the manifold.
