    Abstract: A three-dimensional shaping apparatus includes a casing having a first connector and a second connector, a shaping stage on which a powder layer is formed, a layer forming unit that forms a powder layer, a first carriage that moves the layer forming unit, a shaping head that discharges a liquid containing a binder onto the powder layer, a liquid storage unit that stores the liquid, a supply pipe that couples the liquid storage unit and the shaping head, a second carriage that moves the shaping head, a first cable that couples the first connector and the layer forming unit, and a second cable that couples the second connector and the shaping head, wherein the supply pipe has a first turn-around portion, the first cable has a second turn-around portion, and a radius of curvature of the first turn-around portion is larger than a radius of curvature of the second turn-around portion.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for producing a three-dimensional shaped article in which the three-dimensional shaped article is produced by stacking a plurality of layers, and the method includes a layer formation step of forming layers by using a composition that contains a powder, a solvent, and a binder which constitute the three-dimensional shaped article, a solvent removal step of removing the solvent contained in the layers, a thermal treatment step of applying heat at a temperature equal to or higher than a glass transition temperature of the binder to the layers obtained by performing the layer formation step and the solvent removal step, and a heating step of carrying out at least one of degreasing and sintering with respect to a stack of the three-dimensional shaped article that has been thermally treated in the thermal treatment step.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional shaping device that shapes a three-dimensional shaped object by stacking a layer includes: a shaping table on which the three-dimensional shaped object and a quality control shaped object are shaped; an injecting unit configured to inject a shaping material of the three-dimensional shaped object and the quality control shaped object; a moving mechanism configured to move the shaping table and the injecting unit relative to each other; monitoring units configured to monitor a shaping state of the quality control shaped object; and a control unit configured to control the injecting unit, the moving mechanism, and the monitoring units to form the layer. The injecting unit injects, onto the shaping table, the solid shaping material heated into a plasticized state under the control of the control unit, and the control unit forms the layer based on monitoring results of the monitoring units.
