摘要: The invention belongs to the technical field of natural medicinal chemistry and quality control thereof, and relates to a method for determining the weight average molecular weight and the purity of a soluble salt of an acidic saccharide. The method comprises using metal ion content in the soluble salt of an acidic saccharide to correct the weight average molecular weight and the content of the of acid saccharide obtained by the combined use of the molecular sieve chromatography and a multi-angle laser scattering detector SEC-MALS. The method of the present invention can be used to more quickly and accurately determine the weight average molecular weight and content of acidic saccharide soluble salts.

摘要: An oxidized β-1,4-oligoglucuronic acid, and a preparation method therefor and uses thereof. By using abundant cellulose in the natural world as the raw material, all 6-site hydroxyl groups of the cellulose β-1,4-polyglucose is oxidized into carboxyl groups to form glucuronic acid under the action of a sodium bromide (NaBr)-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl piperidine oxide (TEMPO)-sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) oxidation system, and the oxidized oligoglucuronic acid having an open ring at an end is prepared by controlling reaction conditions. The compound has obvious anti-cerebral ischemia activity, and can be developed into a potential anti-cerebral ischemia drug.

摘要: The invention relates to a new method of preparing oligomannuronic diacids, important bioactives. The method utilizes oligomannuronic acids as starting materials and the target substances are obtained by acid degradation and active hypobromous acid oxidation steps. The method of preparing oligomannuronic diacids according to the invention employs moderate reaction conditions, has few side reactions, does not need further purification, achieves a yield of more than 90%, or even more than 95%, and is suitable for production with an on-line continuous reactor device, with reaction processes easy to implement automatic control.
