摘要: An object of the present disclosure is to suppress deterioration of a single cell in a power supply device that uses a solar cell module including a plurality of single cells so as to extend the performance retention time of the solar cell module.The power supply device comprises a solar cell module including a plurality of solar cells that are electrically connected in series; and an output control circuit that supplies the electric power generated by the solar cell module to the load when an output voltage of the solar cell module increases and reaches a predetermined first voltage V1, and that interrupts the supplying of the electric power generated by the solar cell module to the load when the output voltage of the solar cell module decreases and reaches a predetermined second voltage V2, wherein the second voltage V2 is lower than the first voltage V1 and is higher than a second highest output voltage of output voltages of the solar cell module corresponding to inflection points in a current-voltage characteristic of the solar cell module.

摘要: A photoelectric conversion element includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a first conductive layer, a photoelectric conversion layer, a porous insulating layer, a second conductive layer, a sealing member, and an electrolyte. The photoelectric conversion layer includes a porous semiconductor layer and a photosensitizer added to the porous semiconductor layer. The first conductive layer is divided by a groove into a first region where the photoelectric conversion layer is arranged, and a second region where the photoelectric conversion layer is not arranged. An insulating portion is arranged in and above the groove in a covering relation to a surface of the first region in part thereof where the photoelectric conversion layer is not arranged. The insulating portion has a denser structure than the porous insulating layer. When the photoelectric conversion layer and the insulating portion are projected onto a plane parallel to the first substrate from the side including the second substrate, a projection image of the insulating portion partly overlaps a projection image of the photoelectric conversion layer.

In a sensor (100), a resistor (3) is connected in parallel with one of a first solar cell module (1a) and a second solar cell module (1b) that have mutually different current-voltage characteristics in the same illuminance environment and in series with the other one of the first solar cell module (1a) and the second solar cell module (1b). A first voltmeter (4a) measures a voltage (V1) across the first solar cell module (1a), and a second voltmeter (4b) measures a voltage (V2) across the second solar cell module (1b). A load (6) is fed with the electric power generated by the first solar cell module (1a) and the second solar cell module (1b).
