    摘要: A dye-sensitized solar cell element has at least one dye-sensitized solar cell, the dye-sensitized solar cell is equipped with a conductive substrate having a transparent substrate and a transparent conductive layer provided on one surface of the transparent substrate, a counter substrate facing the conductive substrate, an oxide semiconductor layer provided on the conductive substrate or the counter substrate, and an annular sealing portion bonding the conductive substrate and the counter substrate. The transparent conductive layer has a main body portion disposed on an inner side of the sealing portion, a groove is formed in the transparent conductive layer, and at least a part of the groove has a first groove formed along an external shape of the sealing portion, and an insulating material also continuously covers an edge portion of the main body portion as well as enters into at least a part of the first groove.

    摘要: A dye-sensitized solar cell module (1) has at least two dye-sensitized solar cell units (2a-c) arranged adjacent each other and connected in series. Each dye-sensitized solar cell module has a porous insulating substrate (7), a first porous conducting layer (4) formed on one side of the porous insulating substrate (7) and a second porous conducting layer (5) formed on an opposite side of the porous insulating substrate (7). A series connecting element (6) penetrates through the porous insulating substrate (7) and extends between the first porous conducting layer (4) of one of the cell units and the second porous conducting layer (5) of the adjacent cell unit. Each of the cell units is surrounded by an ion barrier (12) in the form of a non-porous layer penetrating through the porous insulating substrate (7) to prevent the electrolyte from leaking to an adjacent cell unit.

    摘要: A wet-type solar battery including a support composed of a light transmissive material and a stack in which a conductive layer, a photoelectric conversion layer containing a porous semiconductor, a porous insulating layer, and a counter electrode conductive layer are stacked in this order is provided. The conductive layer is divided into a first region including a portion where the photoelectric conversion layer is to be formed on a surface thereof and a second region where the photoelectric conversion layer is not to be formed. A protection film for preventing internal short-circuiting, which is not greater in film thickness than the photoelectric conversion layer, is formed in at least a part around the photoelectric conversion layer on the surface of the first region.
