摘要: A system and method for supplying an energy grid with energy from an intermittent renewable energy source having a production unit for producing Hydrogen, Nitrogen, and Oxygen. The production unit is operated by using energy provided by the renewable energy source. An Oxygen storage receives and stores Oxygen produced by the production unit, a mixing unit receives and mixes the Hydrogen and the Nitrogen produced by the production unit to form a Hydrogen-Nitrogen-mixture, an Ammonia source receives and processes the Hydrogen-Nitrogen-mixture for generating a gas mixture containing Ammonia, an Ammonia power generator generates energy for the energy grid. The Ammonia power generator is fluidly connected to the Ammonia storage vessel, is configured to combust the received Ammonia in a combustion chamber to generate the energy, and is fluidly connected to the Oxygen storage to introduce Oxygen into the combustion chamber for combustion of Ammonia.

摘要: The invention relates to an electrical conductor which is made up substantially of one or even several metal conductors which are sheathed by a graphene layer. Particularly in the case of the electrical conductor transporting an alternating current, the current in the conductor is forced radially outwards and therefore flows in the graphene layer. Since graphene has a substantially better conductivity than the materials customary in this application, such as copper for example, relatively low losses are accordingly produced and substantially higher degrees of efficiency can be achieved. The electrical conductor constructed in this way is used in a stator and/or rotor winding of an electrical machine, so that it has a significantly elevated power-to-weight ratio.

摘要: A method for packetizing a beam-charged particle, in which the particles pass through an electric field in a device is provided. The device includes an annular shaped central electrode which, in the direction of the beam, is arranged between a first outer electrode and a second outer electrode. A time-dependent electric voltage signal is applied to the central electrode, the temporal course thereof being selected such that particles inside the device undergo a position-dependent speed modification. The course of the speed modification is approximately sawtooth-shaped in the direction of the beam. An associated device is also provided.
