摘要： The present invention provides cell lines deficient in mannosyl (alpha-1,3-)-glycoprotein beta-1,2-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase I (Mgat1). Also provided are methods for producing the Mga1 deficient cell lines and methods for using the Mgat1 deficient cell lines for the production of recombinant proteins having simple glycoforms.

摘要： The present disclosure encompasses an isolated cell comprising an exogenous nucleic acid sequence located within or proximal to a predetermined genomic locus, wherein the exogenous nucleic acid sequence comprises at least one recognition sequence which can be exploited by one or more polynucleotide modification enzymes for targeted integration of a recombinant protein. The disclosure further provides methods for preparing such cells, and methods for retargeting such cells for the production of recombinant proteins, and kits for the same.
