    摘要: The present invention concerns a process for manufacturing a porous carbonaceous monolith structure comprising the steps of (i) introducing a precursor material comprising particles comprising a halogenated polymer having a melting point in a mold; (ii) forming a shaped body comprising aggregates of the particles of the precursor material, by concurrently applying to the precursor material a pressure P ranging from 10 to 300 bars when the halogenated polymer is a vinylidene chloride homopolymer and from 10 to 150 bars when the halogenated polymer differs from a vinylidene chloride homopolymer, and maintaining the precursor material at a temperature T1 ranging from T1,min=20° C. to T1,max=Tm−50° C. wherein Tm is the melting point of the halogenated polymer, and; (iii) optionally cooling then demolding the shaped body; (iv) introducing the shaped body in a furnace; (v) causing the pyrolysis of the halogenated polymer in the furnace until the porous carbonaceous monolith structure is obtained.

    摘要: Gas separation unit for separation of a gas component from a process gas stream, said separation unit comprising a stator and a rotor comprising a plurality of sectors, each sector containing a separation device arranged to separate the gas component from the process gas stream which is led into the separation device and each sector being fluidically connected with at least one valve. The valve is a rotary active valve which comprises a rotor open area which is located at the rotor and a stator open area which is located at the stator. The rotor open area and the stator open area can overlap and can be laterally separated from each other by rotation of the rotor relative to the stator. In this way, the valve can at least partially be opened and closed. The extent of overlap of the rotor open area and the stator open area defines the extent of opening and closing of the valve, respectively. The extent of overlap corresponds to the extent of partial opening of the valve.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing a formulation comprising an alkali metal salt selected from the group consisting of alkali metal bicarbonate salts, alkali metal carbonate salts, alkali metal sesquicarbonate salts and combinations thereof, wherein said process comprises: (a) dissolving a functionalizing agent in a solvent; (b) mixing the alkali metal salt with the solution comprising the functionalizing agent that a paste-like composition is formed; (c) extruding the paste-like composition to obtain filaments or granules; (d) at least partially removing the solvent from the filaments or granules. The invention furthermore relates to a powder, filaments and granules obtainable from said process and to the use of the powder, filaments or granules in various applications such as in plastic foaming or in food and feed leavening compositions.
