Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an information processing device and method that enable an increase in data amount of scene description to be curbed. A scene description file including track information that designates, as a reference target, some tracks with information for accessing other tracks, from among a plurality of tracks of a file container that manages information regarding data of the 3D object content is generated.
