摘要: Methods and apparatuses are provided for entropy encoding and decoding data of a three-dimensional point cloud, which includes for a current node in an N-ary tree-structure representing the three-dimensional point cloud, extracting features of a set of the neighboring nodes of the current node by applying a neural network including an attention layer. Probabilities of information associated with the current node is estimated based on the extracted features. The information associated with the current node is entropy encoded based on the estimated probabilities.

摘要: A graph dictionary learning method for a 3D point cloud comprises: obtaining N point clouds to form training dataset; performing voxelization process on the point cloud data to obtain voxelized point cloud data of the training dataset; performing voxel block division on the point cloud data of the training dataset, selecting a plurality of voxel blocks as the training dataset, and constructing a graph dictionary learning model according to the training dataset; and performing iterative optimization on the graph dictionary learning objective function to obtain a graph dictionary for encoding and decoding a 3D point cloud signal. The present disclosure effectively uses the spatial correlation between point cloud signals to near-optimally remove the redundancy among point cloud signals.

摘要: Methods and devices for encoding a point cloud. More than one frame of reference is identified and a transform defines the relative motion of a second frame of reference to a first frame of reference. The space is segmented into regions and each region is associated with one of the frames of reference. Local motion vectors within a region are expressed relative to the frame of reference associated with that region. Occupancy of the bitstream is entropy encoded based on predictions determined using the location motion vectors and the transform associated with the attached frame of reference.

摘要: In a method of point cloud attribute decoding in a point cloud decoder, a sorting method of a set of points of a point is determined. A quantization parameter for quantizing transform coefficients of a Haar-based attribute coding of the point cloud is determined based on first signaling information in a coded bitstream of the point cloud. The Haar-based attribute coding is configured to perform point cloud compression on the set of points of the point cloud based on a Haar transform. An entropy decoding method for decoding the quantized transform coefficients is determined according to the quantization parameter that is determined based on the first signaling information. The quantized transform coefficients are further determined based on the entropy decoding method. Attributes of the point cloud are reconstructed based on the determined sorting method and the determined quantized transform coefficients.
