摘要: A method for signal anomaly detection includes receiving at least one signal and determining, using at least one machine learning anomaly detection model, whether a value associated with the at least one signal is within a range of an expected value. The method also includes, in response to a determination that the value associated with the at least one signal is not within the range of the expected value, incrementing a counter, and, in response to a determination that a value of the counter is greater than or equal to a threshold value, identifying, based on the at least one signal, signal anomaly information. The method also includes communicating the signal anomaly information to a remote computing device, receiving, from the remote computing device, diagnostics information responsive to the signal anomaly information, and, in response to receiving the diagnostics information, initiating at least one corrective action procedure.

摘要: A method for vehicle fault management includes generating, for a vehicle system, a fault model including a plurality of faults using design failure mode and effect analysis information and parsing each of the faults of the plurality of faults by subsystem of the vehicle system. The method also includes determining, for a respective fault of the plurality of faults, whether the respective fault is associated with at least one existing diagnostic trouble code based on fault code requirement information. The method also includes, in response to a determination that the respective fault is associated with at least one existing diagnostic trouble code, associating, in a fault database, the at least one existing diagnostic trouble code with the respective fault.

摘要: A method for vehicle mass estimation includes setting a vehicle mass value to an initial value and a driving resistance force value to an initial value, receiving at least a longitudinal acceleration value, driving/braking torque on each axle/wheel, and an angular wheel velocity value, and estimating a driving resistance force value based on the vehicle mass value and the angular wheel velocity value. The method also includes setting the driving resistance force value to the estimated driving resistance force value and determining a fuel level value and a seat occupancy value for at least one seat of an associated vehicle. The method also includes estimating, using the fuel level value and the seat occupancy value, a vehicle load value, and setting, based on the vehicle load value, at least one of a center of gravity value of the vehicle and a moment of inertia value of the vehicle.

摘要: A method for controlling an actuator. The method includes generating, in response to receiving a torque command signal from a first controller, an actuator control signal. The method also includes selectively controlling the actuator based on the actuator control signal. The method also includes, in response to identifying a fault associated with the first controller: generating, responsive to a determination that a partition associated with a second controller includes a fallback indicator, a fallback actuator control signal; and selectively controlling the actuator based on the fallback actuator control signal.

摘要: A method for vehicle operating session simulation includes receiving, at a server computing device, vehicle data representing characteristics of a vehicle during a vehicle operating session and identifying a first actual value of the vehicle data corresponding to at least one operator input provided during a corresponding segment of the vehicle operating session. The method also includes determining, using the vehicle data, a first expected value corresponding to the first actual value and, in response to a determination that the first actual value is outside of a range of the first expected value, generating a vehicle simulation corresponding to the segment. The method also includes providing, at one or more simulation interfaces, the vehicle simulation.
