Abstract: An inverter module and an inverter are provided. The inverter module includes at least two capacitors and at least one power unit group. The at least one power unit group each comprises one or more power units. The capacitors are connected in series and parallel to form a capacitor head terminal, a capacitor end terminal and a capacitor midpoint, where capacitance between the capacitor midpoint and the capacitor head terminal is the same as capacitance between the capacitor midpoint and the capacitor end terminal. Positive poles of DC sides of the power units are equidistantly connected with the capacitor head terminal, negative poles of the DC sides of the power units are equidistantly connected with the capacitor end terminal, and midpoints of the DC sides of the power units are equidistantly connected with the capacitor midpoint.

Abstract: The present application discloses a multi-channel grid-connected power generation system and a control method therefor, which lowers the system cost while reducing no-load losses of all step-up transformers. Multi-channel energy conversion devices in the system are each connected in parallel, by means of a step-up transformer, to the same collector line, one end of the collector line is connected to the grid by means of a switch device, and the on-off switching of the switch device is controlled by a control unit. The control unit sends a switch-off command to the switch device when same has determined that all of the energy conversion devices have entered a non-operating state. In the off state of the switch device, at least one energy conversion device, when meeting a start-up condition, starts to operate as a voltage source, and establishes an alternating-current voltage, so that the phase difference and amplitude difference of voltages at two ends of the switch device are both stable within an allowable error range. Then, the control unit sends a switch-on command to the switch device, and the other energy conversion devices start to operate as a current source to transfer energy to the grid.

Abstract: A phase-change heat dissipater and a power module are provided according to the present application. The phase-change heat dissipater includes least two evaporators, at least one condenser and at least two sets of heat transfer pipelines, the at least two evaporators and at least one condenser form at least two circulating heat dissipation circuits through the at least two sets of heat transfer pipelines, and a phase-change medium is filled in the at least two circulating heat dissipation circuits; and the at least two evaporators are arranged sequentially along a vertical direction. The technical solution of the present application can improve the temperature difference of the at least two evaporators and maintain the temperature uniformity of the at least two evaporators.

Abstract: A method and device for switching an operation mode of a five-level inverter are provided. The method includes: determining a first three-level operation mode as a three-level operation mode to be switched to from a five-level operation mode in a case that a PV input voltage is higher than a bridge line-line voltage command value; switching, after the operation mode is switched to the first three-level operation mode, the operation mode from the first three-level operation mode to a second three-level operation mode, in a case that a junction temperature of a switching device operating in the first three-level operation mode exceeds a first preset value; and switching the operation mode from the second three-level operation mode to the first three-level operation mode in a case that the junction temperature of a switching device operating in the second three-level operation mode exceeds a second preset value.
