    摘要: The present invention aims to provide a composition for suppressing an increase in blood glucose level, containing a thermally stable substance as an active ingredient; a composition for suppressing an increase in blood glucose level, the composition being capable of suppressing an increase in postprandial blood glucose level regardless of the timing of intake, whether before, during, or after meals; and a method of suppressing an increase in blood glucose level.
