    摘要: A synthetic resin compatibilizer comprising a copolymer of a polyoxyalkylene derivative represented by general formula(I) with maleic anhydride, maleic acid, or a salt or an ester thereof ##STR1## where B represents a residue of a compound having from 2 to 8 hydroxyl groups; AO represents an oxyalkylene group having from 2 to 18 carbon atoms; R.sup.1 represents an unsaturated hydrocarbon group having from 2 to 5 carbon atoms; R.sup.2 represents a hydrocarbon or acyl group having from 1 to 40 carbon atoms; a is from 0 to 1,000; b is from 0 to 1,000; c is from 0 to 1,000; l is from 1 to 8; m is from 0 to 2; and n is from 0 to 7; l+m+n=2 to 8; al+bm+cn=1 to 1,000, and m/(l+n).ltoreq.1/3.The synthetic resin compatibilizer provides a polymer alloy having excellent tensile and flexural strengths.

    摘要: The invention relates to self-emulsifying sizing agents which are able to have long shelf stability and easily formable emulsifiable liquid when the agents are mixed with water, and which are suitable for treating paper. These sizing agents comprise of copolymers of particular polyoxyalkylene alkenyl ethers and maleic anhydride. Further, these sizing agents comprise of the above copolymers and particular alkenylsuccinic anhydrides or particular ketene dimers.

    摘要: A controlled release preparation of an active material comprising a reaction product obtained by reacting (a) a copolymer consisting essentially of maleic anhydride and at least one polyalkylene glycol ether represented by formula (I): ##STR1## wherein B represents a residue of a compound having from 2 to 8 hydroxyl groups; R.sup.1 represents an alkenyl group having from 2 to 5 carbon atoms; AO represents an oxyalkylene group having from 2 to 18 carbon atoms or a combination thereof which may be linked together in blocks or at random; R.sup.2 represents a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 24 carbon atoms; a represents a positive integer, b and c each represents 0 or a positive integer, and a+b+c=2 to 8; l.gtoreq.0, m.gtoreq.0, n.gtoreq.0, and l+m+n =1 to 1000; and (b) an active material. The preparation is soluble both in water and in an organic solvent and exhibits activity for a prolonged period of time.

    摘要: An object to be achieved by the invention is to provide a biodegradable low-charging fiber. The prevent inventors have found that when a specific amount of a specific phospholipid that is not known to have antistatic properties is added to a biodegradable polymer, and the resulting mixture is formed into a fiber having a smooth surface, low-charging properties are developed. The invention has thus been accomplished. The invention is a fiber having an average surface porosity of less than 3% and made of a biodegradable polymer that contains a specific amount of a specific phospholipid.
