摘要: A patternwise coated powder layer can be formed by a process comprising the steps of coating a photosensitive composition, which contains an aromatic diazonium salt as a photosensitive component and becomes sticky by exposure, onto the surface of a substrate to form a thin layer, subjecting the thin layer to patternwise exposure with actinic radiation to produce stickiness at the exposed area, and then contacting powder particles with the thin layer after exposure to make the thin layer to accept the powder particles according to the powder acceptability of the thin layer. 摘要: A process for forming a phosphor screen of a color picture tube comprising forming a thin layer using a photosensitive composition which contains an aromatic diazonium salt as a photosensitive component and produces tackiness by exposure to actinic light on the surface of the substrate and contacting the tackified thin layer after exposure to light with phosphor particles to form each phosphor layer for emitting color is improved by using as the phosphor particles those coated with at least one surface coating material selected from the group consisting of Zn(OH).sub.2, Zn.sub.3 (PO.sub.4).sub.2 and AlPO.sub.4 in shortening the contact time between the thin layer and the phosphor particles.

摘要: In a method of forming a fluorescent screen on the inner surface of a face plate of a color picture tube wherein a film of photosensitive composition consisting essentially of a diazonium salt, the portions of the films to be deposited with phosphors are exposed to light through a color selection electrode so as to impart sticky property to the portions by a photoreaction and moisture in atmosphere and then a powder of phosphors is deposited by utilizing the sticky property, a photosensitive binder is incorporated into photosensitive film which undergoes a cross-linkage reaction with the photosensitive composition, thus rendering the mixture insoluble in water.

摘要: A strongly fixed patternwise coated powder layer is formed on a substrate by subjecting a thin layer of photo-sensitive composition containing an aromatic diazonium salt as a photo-sensitive component capable of becoming sticky due to the formation of a photolytic reaction product of the salt by a patternwise light exposure, thereby making the light-exposed part of the thin layer sticky, bringing the thin layer in contact with powdery grains, thereby forming a powder-containing coating layer, and contacting the powder-containing coating layer with a powdery material that reacts with the photolytic product, thereby forming a water-insoluble or slightly water-soluble solid material to fix the powdery grains to the substrate.

摘要: Nitric acid is added to an aqueous solution of organic acid salts of metals to be included in a resulting complex oxide powder, into which an aqueous solution of an inorganic salt of other metal component has been incorporated according to need, and the resulting solution is heated until the organic acid salts are decomposed and the decomposition product is heated, whereby a intended complex powder which is very fine and highly bulky and has a large specific surface area is obtained.
