摘要： A method of controlling the operation of a thermoelectric power generating plant, in which the operation of the steam generating equipment and the turbine is controlled in accordance with the plant operation parameters obtained from given patterns of start up and operation of the plant. The method comprises: temporarily setting, in accordance with the above-mentioned patterns, the plant operation parameters concerning the rates of change of state of the plant such as the rates of turbine acceleration and turbine load and rates of increase of the main steam temperature and pressure; estimating the change of the quantity of state of main steam at a designated future moment; estimating the thermal stresses in respective stress-evaluation portions of the boiler and turbine; comparing the estimated thermal stresses with respective allowable thermal stresses determined so as to correspond to the consumption of the life allowed for each start up and operation cycle of the plant; selecting one of the estimated thermal stresses which has smaller margin to the allowable thermal stress and obtaining the operation parameter which provided the maximum rate of change of the state of the plant; repeating these steps until the command state is attained; and controlling the boiler and the turbine in accordance with the thus obtained plant operation parameter.

摘要： A process control system controls a large scale plant such as thermal power plant. This process control system includes a target setting unit for setting an operation target, a control unit for receiving a signal indicating the operation target and for outputting a controlled variable to operate the process, an evaluation unit for quantitatively evaluating operation characteristics corresponding to the operation target of the process operated on the basis of a signal indicating the controlled variable supplied from the control unit, a modification unit for extracting an optimum operation process qualitatively squaring or conforming with the evaluated value derived by the evaluation unit out of a modification rule predetermining operation unit in qualitative relation between the operation characteristics and the operation target of the process and for determining the modification rate of the control unit, a storage unit having a model of a neural network for storing a relation between the operation target and the modification rate derived by the modification unit as a connection state within a circuit, and a learning unit for making the model of the neural network learn the relation between the operation target and the modification rate.

摘要： In a plant for which process control is made, a margin of an operation allowable limit for a process variable is variably established according to situations for each apparatus constituting the plant. In addition, allowable upper limits of operation considering a life consumption state and an operation schedule of each apparatus are established for respective apparatus on the basis of a life of the whole plant. The life of each apparatus and the life of the whole plant are controlled with a goal to expire all equipment substantially at the same time by reflecting the allowable operating conditions of the apparatus constituting the plant on the plant control. Therefore, it is possible to realize rational and useful plant operation.

The coordinates information of a desired reciprocal viewpoint signifies a locus of time or a sequence of a variable which shows a reciprocal position and direction between an object and a viewpoint, and signifies time-series data of coordinates information which is suitable for showing the operating procedure.

摘要： Described is a processing system for knowledge data base in which indices representing the degrees of certainty of causal relations between an event and plural events relevant to the first-mentioned event are stored. The system has an input unit for inputting information on those actually experienced among events inferred based on the knowledge data base, an updating unit for updating the indices so that, among the plural causal relations, the certainty of the causal relation corresponding to the actually experienced event inputted by the input means is made higher relative to the certainties of the other causal relations, and a storing unit for storing back the thus-updated indices again in the knowledge data base. This allows an expert system with the processing system to perform inference with higher certainty.
