    摘要: A data communication apparatus comprises: a memory to store data which is sent from a station for requesting the repeating multiple-address transmission; a transmitter to transmit the data stored in the memory to a repeating multiple-address reception station; a discriminating circuit to discriminate whether the transmission from the request station has been performed via a first route or via a second route; and a deciding circuit to decide whether the repeating multiple-address transmission is performed to the repeating multiple-address reception station or not on the basis of the discrimination by the discriminating circuit. The first route is the route via the telephone network for use in communication of voice and data. The second route is the route via the data communication network only for use in data communication. By previously storing the data of the repeating multiple-address reception station corresponding to the station for requesting the repeating multiple-address transmission, the repeating multiple-address transmission can be performed without instructing the repeating multiple-address reception station from the request station.

    摘要: An image processing apparatus comprises: a processor to process image data of an orginial document; an image memory to store the image data; a single manual switch; a detector to detect the depression time of the manual switch; a selector to select whether all of the image data is stored or not in accordance with the depression time; and a discriminating circuit to discriminate whether the number of partner apparatuses to perform the transmission in the processor is one or plural. When one partner apparatus is designated, the image data is directly transmitted. When a plurality of partner apparatuses are designated, the image data is once stored into the image memory and thereafter, the image data in the memory is transmitted. Either the single copy mode or the multi copy mode is sequentially periodically selected in accordance with the depression time of the manual switch, i.e., copy start key. With this apparatus, either the image data of the original document or the image data in the memory is automatically selected and transmitted by the simple operating procedure.

    摘要: A data communication apparatus comprises: data communicator for performing data communication; an input device for inputting called party name data representing a called party name for the purpose of designating a called party who is to receive the data to be communicated; a controller for controlling the data communicator so that the data communicator communicates the called party name data which is input through the input device; and a designator for giving the control means an instruction representing the designation of the called party name data to be communicated so that the controller allows the data communicator to communicate the called party name data in accordance with the designation from the designator. Since called party data is sent out as an image with the called party being designated at a transmitting station in a first priority order and the called party name being registered in a second priority order, it is possible to perform positive communication when the called station.

    摘要: A facsimile communication system and a communication apparatus reduce a loss time due to the synchronization of transmission/reception and shorten a communication time. They also shorten a communication time in a full duplex communication mode and allow proper switching of the full duplex communication at the transmission/reception replacement. DIS-CFR signals, EOP-DCN signals, NSS-TSI signals and TSI-DCS signals of a facsimile communication protocol are connected by synchronization signals so that the synchronization signals are sent even after the sending of the protocol signal. Thus, the sending of the synchronization signal for one second when the next protocol signal is sent is not necessary and a time required for the protocol signal is shortened. An ANSam signal to disable a function of an echo suppressor is sent when a call is detected and a calling station thereafter sends a protocol signal and an image signal in a manner not to cause signal interruption of 50 ms or longer, and at transmission/reception replacement at the end of the image signal from the calling station, a called station sends an ANSam signal and sends a protocol signal.
